  I installed the tool "Adobe Creative Cloud".

  I change my language to "Deutsch" (German).

  Then I installed Photoshop CC.

  But it is in English.

  I checked Edit-> Preferences-> Interface-> INTERFACE language.

  But there is no other option then English.

  Is any German version available? How can I get that?

  Is this problem caused by system Windows 7 language: English?

  You can check your creative cloud Application preferences to see if Deutsch is always chosen.

  It should list Photoshop CC with the button 'Install' next to it, so you can install the language Deutsch version.

  If this is not the case, let me know and I can direct you to a multilingual download.

  A solution from a member of the VMTN community. And it works:

  If you want to change the workstation to English user interface, you can open Control Panel, open "regional language and ' and change the format to"English (United States). Workstation displays in English.

  He also mentions that the l10n process is not yet complete. So I guess it would be better for people like me to inform after the final version.

  Adobe has a bug in the new UI Scaling preference: Auto by default.  If will scale Photoshop User Interface on the screens that will not work 2 x the scaling of the UI on the scale adapts not on display.  You must change this default auto at 100%.  It looks also not you must rest your workspace to get the palette of tools to a column.

  Re-download the package in the correct version. There is no way to change the language of the user interface on the trial in the case. Also check the settings of your system language. By default, installs broken will use the settings system locale. that cannot be replaced with a serial number when you purchase the product.
