The Photoshop window is larger than my screen. Why?

With 6 CS recently when I open an image in Photoshop it appears in the center of the window with the 0 reading on the sovereign inset from the top a bottom. The problem is that the window is running way below and the bottom of my screen and I can't access the horizontal slider to move the image that I increase its size.  I think having accidentally put the computer in a way that I don't want and can't use.  How can I get that back as it was with the horizonzontal accessible slider?   Robert Hersey

You can click on the window icon expand? I do not know what operating system you are using, but with Windows, it is in the upper right. Click on and off then a couple and see if that helps. You can also try clicking on the menu bar, drag the window down, grabbing a corner and resize the window, then move it to the top. You can also try setting your monitor at a higher resolution, then you might be able to see the entire screen to resize.

Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Ctrl + Shift + F).
If you are in full screen view then hover over with the mouse upward to make the bar appear Navigation and tab bar.
You can click the maximize button in the upper right to leave the mode full screen or empty space of a right-click on a toolbar and use "exit full screen" or press F11.

  • Problems with the PhotoShop workspace [too large to fit the computer screen]

I'm having this problem with PhotoShop and Acrobat after the recent updates to 2015. My workspace is simply too large to fit on my screen and I can't reduce it.

Yes, I tried to change my resolution, but this isn't the problem, when it's just these two applications. I've included a screenshot of my Illustrator, updated at the same time, it's perfect. But you see in the screenshot PS tools and everything are so great that they run off the screen! All updates came through the creative cloud. Can anyone help?

  • JFrame window grows larger than the screen

I write a simple Java program that reads HTML files and displays on JEditorPane. The JEditorPane has get that controls scrolling. The problem is when large text, the size of the window becomes large and no scroll bar is available even if the text is greater than the visible window. Sometimes, it works normally showing the content with the scroll bar to navigate. If I reduce the window and then blow it up, disappears from the bar scroll and part of the mask window down on the taskbar and screen. In this case otherwise which means once it is ok, if I minimize and optimize, there is no scroll bar, if I minimize and maximize again, then it's ok, etc.

What do you think is the cause? How can I solve this? Thanks in advance!

    Delete:

    treescroller.setPreferredSize(new Dimension(300, screenSize.height - 155));

And use a BorderLayout place a FlowLayout with toolbar in PAGE_START, Voletfractionne in the CENTER and the tray to the PAGE_END.

  • Flash CS4 ActionScript window larger than my screen resolution!

I launched Adobe Flash CS 4 and the ActionScript window. Then BAM! height of the window of the actionScript takes my entire screen (please see screenshot). Anyone know how I can put across this window?

My screen resolution is maxed out (1680 by 1050), not a small resolution I guess. I tried to move my taskbar to windows on the side and still can not move my cursor so that I can reduce the width.

    Thank you

The best solution is to set up a workspace. I have the same problem all the time and not only with Board actions, but with the library, exit, etc. Just ask panels how you like, then I think that its the window in the menu item, it should be a work space and a new. Then, if your screen gets messy you can 'reset the space work' and he's going right just as you wish.

Also, if you don't have a game already, you can apply just one of default workspaces and must be resized properly things for you.

I have no why they do not resize from the top to the left, its stupid...

  • The User Interface is larger than it should be, how can we solve this problem?

Our marketing director is an issues with its user of Acrobat interface.  His vision of the overall UI is twice as big as it should.  We uninstalled and checked preferences but nothing has changed, everything up in the toolbar and stickies are larger than it should be, anyone have any suggestions or fix for this issue?

    Thank you

    Billy

    Hi Billy,

I suspect that the size of the text in the control panel of the system is 150%?

It can simply go in Acrobat preferences-> General-> then change the 'screen resolution grid' at 100%. This will force the user interface to operate at 100% as it did before.

Please let me know if it works.

    Thank you

  • Quick question - the bottom of the photoshop window

I always wondered what information was at the bottom of the window. I looked and it was more logical.

The first number is the size of the file, if all layers are flattened. The second is the size of the file as-is. (correct?)

But I get confused because if I look at the file my window of the Explorer windows (with details showing) the size of the file is never a match. Someone knows why?

Bonus question: what is the other icon of a document? Unmanaged file?

    Thank you!

    window.jpg

It refers to the color profiles defined as standard in Photoshop is not not the color profile of the open image or an image without color profile file.

You can use Bridge to define spaces of standard color for the Adobe Suite all open applications and manual setting. That's how Version Cue is used for, in this case.

  • Captivate 4: name of the project window, something other than the name of the file

    Greetings,

I use Captivate 4 and have a question about the name of the window to a published project.

Captivate 3, I could create a project file with any file name (for example, name the file "my_cp_project.cp").

In preferences-> general-> change the name of the project (from 'my_cp_project.cp' to some clear text I want (for example, 'My Version 3 Captivate project').)

When I publish the project and test I would launch the HTML published in my browser for display. The browser would make a window with the name of 'clear text' (in this example, the text "My Version 3 Captivate project" was displayed in the upper left corner of the window.

In Captivate 4 preferences are different. When I create a project file (for example, name the file "my_cp_project.cp") with the same name structure, the behavior is different.

In the preferences-> project-> Info in the name of the project , I use the clear text I want (for example, 'My Version 3 Captivate project').

When I publish the project and test it by throwing it in a browser, the browser would make a window for the project, but the name of the window would be "my_cp_project.cp". I don't see any place where I can change this.

Is there another method to use to control the name of the project window? I looked through the forums and found that you can do this by using a variable. Is there a setting I'm missing?

    Thank you

Doubt you can change the source - this is the code that generates the text that is the problem.

If your build number is 1596, then you don't have the patch.

Info on what it fixes here:

    http://blogs.Adobe.com/Captivate/2009/05/captvate_4_patch_update.html

Don't know where to find via the Adobe site now we have 5.5 - Adobe is not very good at keeping the updates on the old live versions.

Try here for a direct download - who knows how long it will stay online:

    Hi, Peter.

You can use JavaScript to determine the width of the window.  Here's a simple explanation I found:
