  Dear gurus,

  I have 2-attributes on page .jspx off including 1-is transient attributes with the default SQL and another column in the db table. I turn off the property for the two field whose appearance and usability are the same during development but showing a different behavior when running. Please find the attributes and the images.

  ApprovalStatus attribute is db-table column and AdfCreatedname is a transient with SQL as default attribute and appearance are different from db table column.

  I think that your transient 'AdfCreatedName' attribute has updatable property was never in your ViewObject.

  Set it to always get the same look as your attribute of "approval status".

  I have some unusual problems. I went to use Dreamweaver CS6 for the first time and noticed a few things missing.

  or you want to know how to write groovy for that?

  for writing groovy you need viewAccessor and you who have, you can try as Alejandro Tovar Lanz suggested

  I have a simple view based on a single entity object.

  This VO appears in af:table (click to change) with a button commit and rollback.

  The table contains several columns: text entry, checkbox and picker with auto submit the value true.

  I need to use the property changed these components to mark fields of change.

  What is the EL to use for this property? How will I know that a field is changed? Is there a way to compare the initial value and the current value?

  Looking to define this "changed flag" that if a particular attribute is changed? When you change one of the attribute on the line, the entityState object changes automatically (as you have already paid the true autoSubmit). So, you don't have to check for isAttributeChanged for each of the attributes in the line.

  I have a JSF page where the user can insert new line in View object . this View object contains a transitional attribute which indicates whether or not the record is newly created.

  On the same page, I have a table adf which is bounded on the city view object . This table should show only newly created records. my approach is to use expression language of in the renditions property to hide all the other lines that are not newly created. I changed the render property for the columns of the table as: rendered="#{row.bindings.RowStatus.inputValue eq'new'}" , but the table does not show anything.

  Then, I tried to change the made not for the column property, but to the outputText inside the same way. It worked, but the problem is that the blank line is always on display.

  So, basically because I do not hide the entire line, instead I'm hiding the text in the lines and lines with spaces empty is still on display in the page aside.

  The Table of JSF page where the made property is applied on outputText inside the column:

  You are right. Its to late to hide lines after stamping in the row set. I solve the problem by filtering the view object, based on the transitional attribute in the section of liaison page. The steps as follows: (assuming that the object from view with the temporary attribute has been created, and the transient attribute contains the filtered values)

  1. Drag the view object on the page and also make the Table (in my case it might otherwise listen)
  2. On the page, go to the connection tab.
  3. Double-click the object desired in the links column.
  4. New window will appear titled with (change the binding tree)
  5. Check the option (enable filtering)
  6. Select the (filter attribute) and (filter value) for the selected filter attribute.
  7. Select (Display attribute) you want to appear in the page.
  8. Press OK

  You can assign a new value to the property of JCA by using either the Ombudsman as BPEL.

  Pick click entitled value option and add the right attribute to the property JCA jca.db.DataSourceName.

  The notification of approval of application, I need to add a link to a custom page. This custom page requires the id of the request as a parameter header.
  For the page, we have a function. The function is called in the link.
  
  If I add this link on the row requisiton area, it works because I can just refer to the VO attribute and the value is transferred.
  But this means that the link is placed on each line.
  The user wants to see this link only once.
  
  So I tried to add a link on another level.
  The problem seems to be that I can't reference requisiton header value in the URI of destination when the link is created out of the box 'lines '.
  The value IS available and displays in any element of Message Style text create in customization.
  But in a link element, I don't know how to get the value of the URI of the destination.
  
  Can someone help me please?
  What is the correct syntax to do this?

  Maybe you need to explicitly specify the Name property of the VO on your item link, depending on which area it is in.

  You can create a dummy output on your page with this expression text to see how it evaluates?

  In addition, create a text out dummy for the parts of the expression: #{bindings. BlockingRuleBlockingRuleStatus.inputValue} and #{bindings. BlockingRuleMarketBlockedFlag.inputValue}.

  Note that you may need to use .attributeValue instead of .inputValue if you are using a link list with these attributes.

  I created a jsf page,
  I have panelcollection. Drag and drop your bit of data for the panelcollection controls.
  When I select the af: table-t1 and property, I do not get the actual name of the VO.
  
  1. How will I know which VO is used to create the table in Design view.
  2. I added more than 2 columns in the original Version, how can I add these fields in Design view. The design view is still on 2 new columns.

  1 Select the table and click the links tab, then you see the name of liaison and the VO iterator, it points to what. Click on the iterator and you get the name of VO in the data control
  2 update the data control, select the table click on the Bindings tab and then click on the pencil of the table tree link. Then you get a dialog box display all attributes (selected and selected). • Get a NAMED check constraint when the entity attribute derived from the field

  I'm designing a new database and beginning with a logic model of the ER. I've defined several areas, such as the NO_YES field (with values of ' no and 'Y'). When I use this area as a data type of an attribute of the entity (for example, the CHANGE_REQUEST.IS_APPROVED attribute), I also specify a constraint name (for example, CR_APPROVED_CK) of the attribute (this is done in the Group of constraint, property name constraint and the properties of the attribute dialog box, default value).
  
  When I have the logic model to a relational model of the engineer, the constraint name is lost. Specifically, for the definition of the table that is created, for the column in question, in the default column properties and constraints Panel dialog box, the name of constraint property is empty. When I generated the DDL of the relational model, the check constraint that is generated is an inline check constraint (such as ' IS_APPROVED VARCHAR2 (1) CHECK (IS_APPROVED IN ('n', 'Y')) '). When this DDL is executed to generate database objects, the created check constraint has a system-generated name. I want the constraint to have a name that I create.
