  I have a laptop Toshiba Tecra A4 series. It was bought by my employer six or seven years, and then they gave me when I retired two years ago.   I have a Toshiba Satellite C660D-181 and my power cord has had problems with the connection. I plugged it in and the light on the left indicating it is plugged in and charged off and my cell phone begins to lose his load.

  I live in South Africa and have one of the retina MacBook Pro 15 "(mid - 2012).  A message appeared recently advising "Condition: replace now."  We approached Apple in Cape Town (South Africa) providers and received two different answers on what needs to be repaired and what would be the cost.  First of all, we were told that battery and top case had to be replaced at a cost of 5268.00 South African Rand.  When you take the computer repair, told that the keyboard was also being replaced with the battery and the top box, and that the price had esculated to South African Rand 12600.00 (for the part or parts only).

  Could we inform you on what needs to be repaired/replaced in such a circumstance? And the planned price range should be for repairs/parts.

  UO has four types of training: classroom, virtual Live, training on demand and self study.  The first three are all variations on the same thing: a human being a conference accompanied by a Powerpoint presentation.  The only difference is the specific method of delivery.  I took a dozen or more courses in the classroom, when I worked for Oracle, but none of the other three.  I don't know that they still existed at the time.

  Self-study courses are completely different.  They are not recorded training sessions (or they would cost the same as TOD). They seem to be created by Skillsoft computer-assisted training courses.
