the sequence of workflow proxy settings

Sequence settings reflect the size of the original media or the size of the proxy?  Can I use the 'drag and drop' again to create a sequence (with a clip that has a proxy in the project Panel)?  Thank you.

Your sequence settings must be the same as the original film.

Just disable the proxy button in the program monitor.

  • How can I configure proxy system Linux Debian for Firefox uses for example when "Use System Proxy settings" is selected in the preferences of Firefox?

I want to be able to change the proxy settings without having to go through Firefox' tedious settings menu. Chrome allows me to define a proxy as a command line option, or you can also set an environment variable would be ok for me. In its options, FF offers to the "Auto-detect" proxy settings, and also, Alternatively, of "Using the system" proxy settings, but I can't find any documentation to tell me what he's looking for in both cases, how to set the system proxy settings or what the difference between these two options apparently similar. Currently I do Menu-> Preferences-> advanced-> network, and then type the details of proxy, which takes too much time!
    Thank you.

CAP file is an option. However, the documentation of the difference between these options can be found here

  • Recognizing the proxy settings

My Firefox just stopped recognizing my proxy settings. No matter even if I have settings in the fields or not... I can it be set to manual and let the proxy field and the port field empty and is always connected to the internet. I put the proxy settings in Internet Explorer and Chrome and they work properly... any suggestions?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe
  • set the proxy settings

I support approximately 1,000 customers and my manager has approved the use of FireFox with a condition that we put a proxy and it is whenever a user starts Firefox. I would like a VB Script that affects the proxy settings every time you start Firefox. I think that this could be done when the customer starts a script, the script sets the proxy settings and then launches the firefox program. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

You can use a mozilla.cfg file in the Firefox program folder to lock the prefs or specify new values (default).

Put a local file - settings.js in the folder defaults\pref also the file prefs.js - channel where to specify using mozilla.cfg.

    pref("general.config.filename", "mozilla.cfg");
    pref("general.config.obscure_value", 0);

These functions can be used in the mozilla.cfg file:

defaultPref();	// set new default value
pref(); // set pref, allow changes in current session
lockPref();	// lock pref, disallow changes

  • Changing the Proxy settings

I hope that someone who uses Firefox on a desktop personal computer that is not connected to a network can answer this question:

In Internet Explorer, I know that unchecking automatically detect it 'settings' option in the network under the Connections tab settings allows you to load Web pages faster.

In Firefox, there are four Configurations of setting Internet: 'not of Proxy,""Auto Detect Proxy Settings for this network,""use System Proxy settings"and"Manual Proxy Configuration","Auto-Detect"be the default option.

    1. which of these four parameters allows Web pages to load as fast they would in IE by unchecking ' settings automatically detect and what is the order of the other three configurations of the 'faster' to the slower?

    2. under "Caching are Web Content," the option "Override automatic management of the Cache" should be checked? If so, how many MB should cache limited? At present, the option is unchecked and set to 350 MB.

Some Web pages load slowly then the above settings may need to be changed.

Also, is there a 'Email Notification' option at the top / bottom of every thread created so that I know when someone has replied?

    -Very much appreciated.

If you do not use a proxy, then you can select safe no Proxy. I don't expect to have a performance impact if you didn't use a proxy in the first place.

The rest of the options simply control how the proxy is defined, not how fast the proxy is.

For more details, see the following links.

Firefox will try to determine the optimal cache size depending on the available disk space. There is no need to configure it manually. On the contrary, cached one very large can reduce performance if many small files will eventually be cached.

When you post a new question or answer, you are automatically subscribed for updates by e-mail. You can control this by increasing the Question top tool section on the right and clicking on "Get Email updates" or "Stop Email Updates" (depending on if you are subscribed to updates to update or not).

  • Some pages don't load on Firefox. They charge after changing the proxy settings back.

I have a very annoying problem with Firefox. Some pages not loading, randomly. Other browsers work fine. I tried to disable all add-ons, I reset firefox, I tried safe mode. Nothing works. When a page does not load, I go to advanced/network/configuration and change the setting between 'no proxy', 'use system settings' and 'auto-detect' proxy. I try to reload each time, sometimes try to go to another page and then come back. Finally the page I want loads. Sometimes it loads when I just of the cycle on the same setting, as it was before! It makes no sense to me. I'm on MAC OSX 10.8.5 and have no proxy at the system level settings (all boxes are unchecked).

Any help would be appreciated! I don't want to change chrome, but I'll be forced to if I can't solve this problem! (annoyingly, the page did not load when I tried that submits the first time...)

Try disabling IPv6 (also check other possible causes).

  • How can I stop Firefox from sinking my IP when I use the proxy settings?

So basically I use settings from manual proxy on Firefox from time to time to be more anonymous. These proxies are normally rather slow (but hey, it's the price for you to pay for anonymity). Sometimes I'll see a sudden leap of speed. I suspected that the proxy may not work for some reason any. So, I use a website that tells you that your IP address is to see if the proxy settings are really working. Of course when I update the site it gives me my real IP. I have check the proxy settings and it turns out that the browser was restored to use the proxy settings of the system (for some reason that is the default instead of no proxy). This happens randomly and why not apparently when I use the Manual proxy settings and it flees my IP every time that happens (and I never know when it does, unless I am very attentive). Is it possible to prevent him from returning to the system without no reason proxy settings? BTW, I tested the proxy in question after what is happening so it still works which preclude the possibility of the proxy does not (even if that were the case, I'd rather my IP don't Connect at all that the leak). So yes, any help in getting it to stop doing that would be nice.

Hi internetman, in your system more than details it shows as active. It may or may not be something, but try to disable in case it makes a difference.

No response. I have "new bookmark" e-mail page and that seems to work.

  • Removal of the firefox proxy settings does not work until a reboot?

If I transfer my work (with a proxy server) to my network network (without server), I have to restart the browser until he realizes that there is no proxy server to authenticate with. Until I do that, (re) loading pages gives me an error.

However, when you go on the other hand, he gently acknowledges that there is a server, and no restart is required before continuing

I have the active automatic proxy settings. I tried to select "no proxy server", but I still need to restart firefox to make it work.

Please upgrade to the current version of Firefox 22.0.

    • Help > about Firefox

The version of Firefox 21 that you are currently running is no longer supported with security updates.

    • It is important to update Firefox and Add-ons to the latest version to get all security patches.
  • Which is by default the proxy settings?

I wonder what is the proxy settings setting? On my computer, it is set to "Use the system proxy settings", I wonder what should be the default value of the version of firefox that I use, which is the latest version of firefox.

Not of Proxy is the default value.

  • Why the proxy settings are not respected

I set up SSH as a proxy server on my laptop when I'm on a public network and configure Firefox to use the proxy by completing the manual Proxy config.

If SSH doesn't work, I get this error message as expected: "the proxy server refuses connections" when I try to access any website EXCEPT Google.

Searches on Google and access Google.com still works, even when the proxy server is not up. That seems broken.

When the proxy server IS up, Google searches do not appear to use it.

Google is my default search provider. If I try to access Bing, Firefox is behaving as expected (no access when proxy is out, throw up debugging indicating new connections when the proxy is up). If I change from Bing to be default search provider, the behavior of the two remains the same (proxy will use Bing, Google does not work).

Why access to Google (and only Google?) ignore the proxy settings? Are there other sites of 'magic' that would also ignore the proxy? I use the proxy because I want to protect my internet traffic when I'm on public networks, if Firefox can randomly ignore them for some sites but not others, how can I trust him?

My configuration problem. I realized that any site that uses https worked, while others are not.

Somehow the "use this proxy server for all protocols" got unchecked. Audit, it solves the problem.

  • Site ads continue to use the proxy settings and I get the message "Authentication required" time and time again. I have stop advertisements to use my proxy settings?

I have put my school proxy settings and use them very often. On some Web sites, ads continue to use these proxy settings (probably to show me ads based on my preferences or I don't know), and I get the message "Authentication required" time and time again before the end of the loading page. It's annoying because if I have several tabs open and am currently on another page while loading the website with the ads, I'm brought back to this page to authenticate. Can I get asked 3 times to authenticate while this page loads, and it takes forever to load because of this. I don't want to disable my proxy settings because I use it very often. I tried to uncheck the "Accept cookies from Web sites" and nothing happens, it's always the same. I want these ads to stop going through my proxy settings. How do I do that?

    Hello

You can try the add-on Adblock Plus . In addition to subscriptions, you can manually add URL patterns or click on an ad to add a filter.

  • When I bring up Firefox it asks me to make sure that the Proxy settings are correct. What are the proxy settings?

When I double click the icon of Mozilla Firefox to open up an error message appears and says "the Proxy server refuses connections" check the proxy settings to make sure they are correct. Contact your network administrator to make sure that the proxy server is running.

    Please help me with this.
