  I see that Acrobat 7 and 9 serial number registered on your account.

  Make sure that you use the Std 9 serial No. on the software setup STD 9 not the 9 Pro else it won't recognize the serial number.

  In addition, the license of STD. 9 is an upgrade one so when you enter the serial number it will prompt you to enter the serial number for Acrobat 7, in order to keep the two issues of practical.
