  Do you need to make updates at all, or did the reboot take care of things? (It's funny how sometimes a reboot will be just clarifying). I guess that your SEO in UEFI with the correct prompt by default/Legacy? You will need to enter in the BIOS for these amendments, which may be different from your previous version of BIOS and the current.

  But you can set the options in the general tab to load all services
  In this case the shortcut key should work again

Oh, and also, my toggle mouse shortcut is not no longer works. I was looking at the forums, and I upgraded my bios and also reinstalled my ATKPI files and still nothing. I think the problem might have to do with the mechanics of the system, but I am not sure. Any suggestions?

  SHIFT + U should work, please uninstall and re-install Adobe Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.

  Firstly the Toshiba recovery image is already enabled and you don t need this key more activations.

  Second, it's an OEM key and it will not work with other versions of Vista!

  My Office 2010 Professional Plus activation failed because I exceeded the number of facilities on my computer.  The computer on which the activation failed now on has many damaged programs operational.  Outlook Express 6 does not emails, send him previously installed Office 2002 does not work, and the computer is extremely slow opening of web browsers and download content.  System Restore did not restore anything at all.
