The simultaneous ringing of two clients MOVI

Here is the config...

Address MOVI is the last[email protected] / * / for all users

The same account and the address is used when you connect to a VCS-control of the office or a VCS-Highway to the House.

When the user is logged on and using his Office MOVI and usually leaves without disconnection

The user will then House and newspapers in the VCS-highway.

When the user is called from inside network... it sounds the MOVI customer who is registered for the VCS - C (inside) and never ring the customer MOVI external home.   If opt out us customer MOVI of the VCS-noninale... it sounds then the external customer MOVI.

We do NOT have find Me on our VCS and we can consider, however, I do not think that it would give a simultaneous ringing.

I understand that if we had FindMe... we would need separate addresses for office and home as...

[email protected] / * /.

and

[email protected] / * /.

The VCS search rules can be written to make true simultaneous ringing for MOVI two clients with the same address?

Thank you

Hi Steven,

I just checked this in the lab, and it seems that research for the Local area and the area on the VCS - C rules should have the same priority in order for two customers to ring at the same time.

The downside of this (compared to what the rules of search in the defafult for the Local area 50 and 100 for the covered area) is that the VCS - C will send more research to the VCS-E then it normally would (searches for aliases that are observed in the local area on the SCV - C but is not normally on the VCS-E) , but normally this should not be a problem.

To work around the problem, you could do a search model Movi device URI-specific rule, apply this rule of research in the area of course and set the priority for this search rule identical to that of the local area. If you use [email protected] / * / for your Movi records, would be a corresponding regular expression

.+\. [email protected] / * /\.com$

The advantage of having this rule of specific search (and more), you'll see searches less touched your fast track if you were to change the priority of the current rule of the research on zone crossing to match that of the rule of local area search.

If it's true that your video users tend to use Movi times when, in the office and out of office, without connecting to their customers of Movi in exercise when you leave, you probably want to have the same priority to the local area and the crossing area.

Normally this should not occur too often, however, as users who employ Movi when in office, normally do on a laptop they bring with them when they leave, removal of the possibility of the customer in-Office Movi still being connected while the user current left.

Hope this helps,

Andreas

  • The simultaneous use of two computers

I understand that the Creative Suite Master Collection can be installed on both computers, and that the same program can be used on both computers at the same time.  But does that mean that a program individual unusable thereafter on both computers at the same time?  Or that none of the programs of the suite can be used on the second computer, if the first computer using any of the programs?

And while I have your attention: what is the mechanism that prevents the use of the same program on two computers?

Activation servers will be notified when you launch your application on any of your two computers. However, it is not true that you can not run the same application on two computers at the same time. Both of your computers have different hardware IDS. Therefore, model license detects and count your license to be used on 2 computers (which is legally allowed) when you work at the same time on two computers, regardless of the same apps, regardless of the different Adobe applications.

  • The simultaneous use of two Apple Magic Trackpad 2

    Hello

I just wanted to know, if it is possible to use simultaneously both Apple Magic Trackpad 2? I use Macbook Pro with the retina, early 2015.

For those of you who are wondering why on earth I would use two touchpads at the same time, well, I am a PhD student who has the massive library of pdf documents (articles of journals, e-books, reports, Web pages, etc.) in my computer. I found myself hundreds of documents in pdf format every day looking for scrolling. It is such a pleasure to use the trackpad for this purpose because it is very accurate and it seems natural. I stopped using any kind of mouse for the year last due to carpal syndrome.

I do not use trackpad on the Macbook in construction because it makes my hand to bend into an uncomfortable position and it is very uncomfortable. Besides, I also use the base of laptop and my Macbook screen is positioned at the same level as my eyes.

I wish I had a second trackpad because I usually use both hands to scroll through documents, and I don't want to move the trackpad because I become entitled to Apple keyboard in the middle. Thus, a trackpad for each hand. It's all about the ergonomics of the workspace.

From now on, I already have a trackpad that is connected to my Mac. And that will be the second if connected trackpad, also has its own battery status in the system preferences of the trackpad?

You will almost certainly find that they will not interfere with each other.

  • The simultaneous use of two input DVB - T & S - Video on Qosmio G30

Is it possible, Qosmio player or media library, to have the G30 established to receive a signal from two the built in DVB - T tuner & an external source, such as Sky Digital, connected to the S-video input or Composite?

The setting in the library seems to insist that you choose one or the other, which seems extremely restrictive.

Also, if possible, then would it be possible to record one and watch the other?

The other feature limit seems to be that, despite its hybrid TV tuner, media library allow only one tuner analog or digital set up again, which means that it cannot be used to record from one channel and watch another.

    Hello

This is a very interesting question, but I guess that it is not possible to do this with the Microsoft MCE.
Like you said you can use either the analog or digital configuration, but not both together. But of course, you can use standard connectors such as S-video to connect your cable or satellite for your PC Media Center box and then to watch and record TV programs.
But I don't know if you can do all of m.

Some Media Center PCs are equipped to handle multiple tuners.
For example, if your PC Media Center comes with two TV tuners, you can record two programs while watching a third recorded program.

You know the Microsoft MCE FAQ site?

  • quiz or not? and... the button which has two actions?

    Hi all:

This is the experience I want for the user:

    1. At the opening, the user will see instructions, a button (Counsellor response #1) and a set of five radio buttons on the right side of the screen.
    2. User clicks the answer to advise #1. Response text appears; at the same time, launching audio response.
    3. The user selects one of the option buttons and click on send. Feedback popup appears.
    4. When the user clicks to close the feedback popup, advise response #2 button is displayed.
    5. The user clicks on the reply button to advise #2.

And so on, until the user has heard/read all the answers five Advisor.

Originally, I used the Quiz tool multiple choice for that. (But this isn't technically a quiz. Users will not be marked on their choices, but will get "correct" and "incorrect" - type of feedback. They will also be encouraged to reflect on the reasons for their responses and be prepared to discuss with their supervisor.) I placed each answer to advise on a screen separate, and pretty well got it works this way, even though I had not yet added in the audio. Now I'm back after a long absence (period during which I forgot a lot of things), and I decided my existing design could be confusing for the user, so I switched to what you see here - all five answers (for a video of 'client' user to look on the previous screen) and their feedback on a single screen. And I tried to add the audio.

I visited the advanced Actions panel and looked at the Captivate 'aid' of the page. I was following help along pretty well until the step that says "Complete writing code, using the options provided." I had no idea what they were referring to with the "code" or "provided options. So I tried to do what I want using just the properties panel for the answer of the Advisor button. The properties panel offers only one action per button, however.

    So my questions:

    1. How can I get a button to do two things at the same time (for example, display the text and play the audio)? If I could understand the advanced Actions 'code', I bet this button could do.

    2. I gave almost all Quiz items except the radio buttons and their links to comments. For example, when I added responses Advisor #2-#5 on the screen, I discovered I could not simply copy and paste from other slides or show the style of question on the screen, that I wanted to move. So I used Legend boxes. In addition, it seemed to me that a question box there is no advantage in this regard. So my question is: will, abandoning architecture quiz problems on the road?

I'm sorry it's so long. Thanks in advance!

It does not resemble me you should use quizzes Questions to this interaction in any case.  This is not what they have been specifically designed for.

You can perform multiple actions in a single button click using the Standard Actions or conditional Actions.  I suggest that you will probably need to use this last longer than probably he finally some variables involved so that you can check what other options the user has already tried.

However, I would hasten also to point out that you take here something that might be beyond your current understanding of interactivity of Captivate.  You may need to start studying up on top of the Variables, Run-time Events, stock Standard, conditional Actions and perhaps even of shared Actions.  Understanding these concepts will put you in better shape to succeed this interaction.

  • How to use the control ring before the G15

Steps to set up the control ring before the G15 are difficult to follow in the guide.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi socaljd!

    Thanks for posting.

When setting this up, there are a few things to know.  In the upper part of the graph in the menu to set the dial is M, AV, TV, and P.

    M: manual mode

    AV: Aperture priority mode

TV: In the shutter priority Mode

    Program P: mode

In each of them, you must define what function is controlled by the dial to shoot in this mode.  There are two settings to choose from, TV: shutter speed and AV: opening.  For example, in mode manual m: set it to TV, the dial will control shutter speed while you are shooting in manual mode.

  • The woes of Win7 NFS Client (UID mapping & fileaccess =)

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Edition, I am able to successfully climb the new drives N: and O: locally to two remote NFS server shares on the local network.

    However...

    1. I could find no way to control the UID and GID mappings used by the client to present to the server.  I did not and will not install any Windows Server system to act as a map server or Active Directory domain main controller.  My requirements are VERY simple, I just map a local Windows 7 user to a specific number of UID.  If possible the same thing with the GID, but I don't think it would be a show-stopper.
    2. Because of oblivion in the implementation of the NFS in Windows 7 client above, I was able to configure the server to force a specific number/value, regardless of what the Windows 7 client specifies the UID and GID mapping still.  So this means now that the Windows 7 system can create files/directories and the correct Unix ownership is defined on them.
    3. All files and folders in Exporer.EXE have the attribute 'Read only' (when right clicking Properties), it is the attribute of readonly MSDOS, whoever it queries with the Win32 API GetFileAttributes()http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa364944 (VS.85) .aspx andhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee332330(v=VS.85).aspx how do I get Windows 7 to stop doing this.  Mount/share is read-write and Unix (NFS permissions) of files/folders permissions indicate clearly write access is allowed.
    4. Windows 7 has an option of editing for "o fileaccess = #" it also seems to be a complete control by Microsoft that creating directory does not have the same Unix permissions such as the creation of the file.  If one option 'fileaccess' all or nothing is unhelpful to anyone.  Common with many customer Unix-based NFS is the ability to independently overwrite the default permission in the way "fileaccess" mode tried to give.  The Windows 7 client should allow the options '-o fileaccess = 664' and '-o diraccess = 775 "application to respective value to files or directories accordingly.

Is it likely that any future service pack will see these two major issues fixed?

    Questions...

    1. The ability for a single installation and autonomous system Windows 7 Ultimate set up a system wide default UID or by local user UID to display on NFS for tokens of file property.
    2. Support for "o diraccess = 775" pertaining to records, leaving the existing "-o fileaccess = 664" referring to anything that is not a folder.

    Thank you

  • Aircraft maximum amount in the simultaneously air - give the arrival and departuetime

    Hello!

I use oracle 11g and I have a SQL Server table with a field of flight (flightNo) and two datetime fields (Departuredatetime, Arrivaldatetime).

How is it possible to query the aircraft max amout in the simultaneously in the air in a certain timeperiode? result should provide the maximum datetime value also.

    Example:

Sorry I can't provide an insert because I am a beginner and I have only read access to the database.

    Thank you very much!

    Hello

The above will tell you how many planes were in the air at given times.

If you want to know the maximum number of aircraft was in the air, and when that occurred, without giving any time, here's a way to do it:

    WITH got_in_air_cnt AS

    (

    SELECT Start_time

    , (Start_time) ahead OF (ORDER BY start_time) AS end_time

    SUM (SUM (net_change))

COURSES (ORDER BY start_time) AS in_air_cnt

    Flights

    UNPIVOT (start_time

    FOR net_change (DEPARTURE AS 1

    arrived as THAT-1

    )

    )

    GROUP BY start_time

    )

    got_rnk AS

    (

    SELECT a.*

, EVALUATE () OVER (ORDER BY in_air_cnt DESC) AS rnk

    OF got_in_air_cnt one

    )

    SELECT the value of start_time, end_time, in_air_cnt

    OF got_rnk

    WHERE rnk = 1

    ORDER BY start_time

    Fateh

My vote 2nd relaxation. Because in the first trigger you use ' before insert or update", but there is nothing so far...; Oracle must go in the PL/SQL engine for each update to the table without reason; There is nothing to update, you do not have to shoot. While in the 2nd you do something sensible; If client_id is null, it will go to search by sequence forward.
