  Thanks for the research on the question for me. I can get to the bottom of it. I was design to the default size of phone Muse. My Android device seems to have a high resolution, so it does not move up. Pushing the page width to 640px it seems to work. Probably a stupid mistake on my part!

  I went into the widgets library > publications > white as my navigation bar. After export to HTML to display in the browser to see if all correct them... the navigation bar stood in Chrome and Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. It is the only thing wrong with my site until I'm ready to live. Do I have to use a tool of different navigation bar? If yes where can I find it?

  It may be a problem with IE blocks the content or preview, try to publish the site as a place to test and then check, check also with a newer version of Internet Explorer to isolate the problem with the version of IE specific.

  No, just to take one or the other. I used the one that ends in IE = 10 and it worked for me, but when I have a few minutes, I'll try to use IE = Edge because I think it's the best way to go.   I discovered that prevented a few images to display in IE 11, while other images show. The culprit was Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer. Once, I disabled the software Adblock Plus missing images showed once again. Interestingly, I discovered that I could cause the same effect in other browsers using Adblock software. There is either a bug in the software of Adblock, or fluid network of Adobe system, which caused some legitimate images should be blocked. Whatever it is, they do not play well together right now. All images are stored on the same domain, and none of them related off site, so it's pretty weird that they have been blocked...

  Anyway, the mystery is solved! I know people like to see a conclusion to these things as much as possible, so I'll mark this as resolved issue.
