  I don't find anything wrong with the styles available in CS6, it is defined locally or in a style. Maybe there was an invisible error in the original style of GREP - say, something like a space at the end.

  I am tragically new to all this, but I'm trying to create a form in Adobe Acrobat 9.  I am trying to use a custom script Format to make entries in a form field and automatically remove the spaces and special characters (hyphens specifically).  For example, if a user 'RAN - 99 06' entries I want to change it to "RAN9906."  I found this script that does not allow users to input special characters

  Yes, there are a few changes during the passage of the code of the event in the sequence of keys to the Validate event.

  I am fairy new forms Adobe script, but I managed to do that day. I am currently working on a form that we send to the suppliers to implement in our systems.

  One of the fields is called "Name of organization", which has a custom format script that modifies the text entered in uppercase in the field output:

  Event.Value = event.value.toUpperCase ();

  I have a hidden field "Own name branch" which is a code of calculation organistion which allows us to identify the organization within our systems (which can use letters). I need 'Own organization name' to be a calculation of "Name of organization" with all the spaces and non-standard characters deleted (", ([]) @$' &... etc").

  Could someone help me with this?

  There are two settings that I know of to display the white space characters.  The first is found in Windows > Preferences > text editors and the 6th box down in this article is to show characters.  If you see symbols such as for your return/line ramasseherbe paragraph tag feeds is the one to turn off.

  There is also a shortcut key that I have accidenally struck last night.  I spent a bit of beat time on my keyboard until I found this again.  If you accidentally hit this shortcut key you will see your return/line RSS ramasseherbe \r\n.  In this case, press Ctrl-. (this is the control and the key point) and the white space characters should go away.

  Pages seems to be denying the creation of links with the URL that contains Cyrillic characters (only?), but exclusively through his little creation of link popup. I think it's a simple problem, but I'm sure it's very annoying.

  For example, you can go into extensions/config/CustomPluginExtensions file and add the following nodes under the node FormatPlugins.

  I think that the default values for the sites are set to 50 characters, so I had to be up to 100 characters (note NameMaxLength = parameter in the attribute FactoryURL 100).

  It will be applicable to all specifications, if you need something more specific, you will have to create your own class where you can check the type of technique.

  Make your own judgment in what concerns how enough will be the look on the screen after you increase the length to a large number, but you can always control the formatting in your own class.
