  If the page that you are connected does not work, then it should so what happens when you try?  It is possible that it could be a simple matter of enable you cookies or try a different web browser.

• Color of police present in the Design tab, but not when viewed or downloaded

  This has been me angry the last days and I can't seem to find any info on this subject. I found a site, but they want you to pay a subscription to view the answers. Basically, my question is, when creating a site that I can see the police of colors in the Design tab, but when I download or even look at the page in IE 7 or Firefox the font color is the default value of the page, not what is described in my code (attached) CSS. I'll admit I'm trying a new style of page. I normally do a shell and use iFrames for content, but I wanted to be more search engine friendly so I use Div scrolling layers instead. I don't think that's the question, but I could be wrong. Any help explaining why this is happening and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
  
  

  I fixed it. The problem came from a library that I had on the page. I had 3 different styles, he listed, and one of them was style 3 then he drew the color and the make-weight of one as apposed to the style 3 in my CSS of the page. I went to my library and renamed the 3 different numbers and bingo, my policy is that showing red when downloaded.

  Futura is not a "web safe font' (a handful of fonts installed by default on almost all computers) as well as those who have it installed on their machines will be able to see it unless you use the rule of @font-face.

  Otherwise, the second font in your font css family stack is what to replace. At the present time, since you don't have any "stack" defined in your css, police 'serif' default browser is used.

  I have no idea if Futura is allowed to use on Web sites. Not all fonts are licensed for online use and, as I mentioned, I have not installed it, you may need to use a slightly different font somewhere like www.google.com/fonts (free) or www.fontsquirrel.com (paid) to get the effect you want without you opening up to grumpy owners of fonts.

  I looked online and I also went through the FAQ but could not find anything on this topic and my teacher at school said I need to contact Adobe directly as design view should always be available, but everything I see in Design view are the HTML elements in the PHP file.

  The design mode button is disabled, I can't click on it all and so for my homework. I copy the PHP code in a new HTML document and then only, am I able to view html/php and modify the HTML elements, copy and paste it in the PHP file, once I have the correctly configured html elements/design.

  I did a similar "set up PHP for Mac OS X - MAMP" the version available here, could I have set up wrong and this is why the Design mode?

  Go to Dreamweaver > Preferences, and select File Types / editors in the category list on the left. Make sure that .php is NOT among the extensions of file name in "open in code view".

  Add a file name extension in the list prevents the files to be opened in design mode.

• Some policies appear in the PDF files after "Print" to PDF, but not after "save under" PDF

  FM9, Kozuka fonts and one of my custom symbols fonts show in a file PDF produced with "Print" and a PDF printer, but not when I do "save in" and select "Save as:" PDF. Kozuka characters out as boxes, and custom symbols are absent; Although if I highlight the place to be in the PDF, the font name shows. I use Acrobat 7 Pro.

  I tried to change the Asian fonts in the police combined with the "Pr6N" Kozuka provided with FM9 versions, but that did not work.

  I also tried to copy the fonts to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\FrameMaker9\fminit\fonts\adobe" and various other places, and of course, they are in the folder Fonts of Windows, nothing helps. My other custom symbols fonts work very well, and they are only in the Fonts to Windows folder.

  These fonts worked well in FM8. Any ideas?

  Hello Tami,

  try saving the PDF file once again, but this time - in the dialog box options PDF - select the check box 'convert CMYK to RGB colours. Fonts now appear correctly? If so, it's just another bug of the famous engine FM CMYK. When you convert the colors to RGB, you get the same result as when printing to PDF.

  HDR toning does not work with CMYK images. Change the RGB color mode, and then you will be able to use HDR toning. It also works with the color to grayscale mode.
