The substitution of the previous button behavior

I develop my widget on BlackBerry WebWorks plug-in for Eclipse v2.5.1. I use only one HTML file for all my screens.

Right now "back" button out of the application itself. I tried to check/uncheck "Override the default behavior of button"return"to exit the application" option but no luck.

And I want to disable the previous button on the home screen but did not find any document to change its behavior.

Let me know that you need more information

Help, please.

Thank you.

Take a look at the event of onHardwareKey() that you can intercept to be able to make the back button to do what you want

    If you have symbols of button on the stage to the next and previous, each of these symbols has an instance name with a listener event attached to it. The event listener is linked to a mandate. You can have a single event point to a function. So for example, if you have a next button and a click event that points to a function that says something like nextFrame(); and then you want to use the next button to point to a function that says something like nextScene(); you will need to use another instance of this next button and have this different instance to use a different event handler to point to a different function. • Just update to 5.7. What happened to the previous button?

    Where I expect the back button, I just Sync.

    You have more than one picture. You cannot update multiple images using the previous button.

  • Close the window when the previous button is clicked on the film

    I have a .swf movie which is accessible via a link on a Web site. At the end of the film are two buttons: one for the 'return' and one for 'Replay '. Thanks to the helpful folks on the forum here, I've got buttons working so the Back button goes to the previous URL and the Replay button, well, replays.

    However, the previous button opens a new window. Is there a piece of the Action Script 3 can I add the following to close the window in my .fla Action Script window to close the window as it jumps to the URL? Here's the script.

    Stop();

    var link: URLRequest = new URLRequest ("urlgoeshere");

    bck_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, onClick);

    function onClick(event:MouseEvent):void

    {
    navigateToURL (link);
    }

    play_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, regarderMovie);
    function playMovie(event:MouseEvent)
    {
    Play();
    }

    I don't have full access to the HTML page, so I can't use javascript. I work with a CMS application to add content on the site, so I need to close this window using ActionScript 3 in the .swf file.

    Thank you

    No matter if you close the window?... How about you just open the page in the same page...

    use

    navigateToURL (link, "_self");

  • the previous buttons / following do not arise in the webhelp navigation pane

    IM generating a webhelp for my project, but no matter what style to choose, the previous/next buttons do not show. How can I view the previous/next buttons? They appear in javascript files and connections are in my webhelp directory, but they do not appear on the screen. I tested with IE6, firefox and opera.

  • Change the color of the text to the previous button when you click on a button

    Hi all

    If I said 7 buttons, each with text that changes color on turnover by using 'Up' 'Over' and 'Down' of the keyframes in the timeline buttons.  Is there a simple way to get the text of the button changes color when you click on it, stay that way, and then back to the original color once one of the other 6 buttons are engaged?

    The only thing I can get to prepare code pages for each button that changes the color of every other button regardless of whether it was active.

    See the code example would help a lot!

    Thank you!

    use:

    var previouslyClickedBtn:MovieClip
    var buttonA:Array = [content_mc.work_btn, next button and the rest of your buttons];
    var targetA:Array = [work_mc, etc.];

    for (var i: uint = 0; i<>
    .Ivar Button [i] = i;
    buttonA [i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickF);
    buttonA [i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER, overF);
    buttonA [i] .addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER, overF);
    }

    function workOver(e:MouseEvent):void {}
    e.currentTarget.gotoAndStop ("over");
    }

    function workClick(e:MouseEvent):void {}

    {if(previouslyClickedBtn!=null)}

    previouslyClickedBtn.gotoAndStop ("up");

    }

    e.currentTarget.gotoAndStop ("down");

    previouslyClickedBtn = e.currentTarget;

    targetA [e.currentTarget.ivar] .gotoAndPlay ("enter");
    }

    function workOut(e:MouseEvent):void {}
    content_mc.work_btn.gotoAndStop ("up");

  • Why do I get multiple versions of the same page showing the previous buttons (and next)?

    I had this problem with Firefox 4.x - and I just upgraded to FF5, but the problem persists.

    What happens is, when I surfed on more than one page (or site) on a tab, then want to go back, I find that my back button history has often several versions of the last loaded page, so that when I press the button to return once, it does nothing. Instead, I have to hold the button to view any recent history tab, to return to the page that immediately preceded the current page.

    This could be a problem with a plugin, which loads the page several times, or something? This is certainly an annoyance.

    Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide!

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  • We bought paper license for Windows 7 Professional for a laptop... the laptop has now stopped working. Can I re install Windows 7 in a new laptop using the previous button?

    Operating system - Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

    Type of license - license paper

    If previous key provided with the laptop dead, no, you cannot transfer to a new laptop. OEM licenses are not transferable:

    The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:

    -OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft

    -OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on

    -OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

  • How can I see the arrow button that showed the recent history of a same tab (next to the buttons next and previous)?

    for example, if I searched word on google, then clicked on a page of results, then inside this page, I entered a link, etc if I wanted to 'go back' directly to the instance of google search I could click on the arrow button and I would be able to choose this exact moment instead of click the 'back' several times until I reached the desired past page

    The arrow to open the history tab of the previous buttons and following was removed in Firefox 4 and later versions.

    Use one of the following methods to open the tab history list:

    • Right-click on the back or next button
    • Press and hold the left button of the mouse on the active back or forward button until the list opens

    You can watch this extension:

  • After invoking the RSS "Subscribe to this page", then using the previous/next buttons, Firefox displays the raw XML code

    1) go to the URL http://bionsmalleyassoc.com/BSA_jsp/MU_test
    (2) select Bookmarks-> subscribe to this page
    3) press the previous button
    4) press the next button
    Note that him 'subscribe to this page' does not reappear. However, Firefox incorrectly displays the raw for the RSS XML, as if he forgot that the destination forward is an RSS feed.

    This same sequence in IE9 or Safari 5.1 works fine as expected. In addition, Firefox has the same problem in MAC OSX 10.6

    Works for me now, you probably recharge and bypass the cache (Ctrl + F5) to get a new copy of this page RSS.

  • The Back button only allows me to return a page at a time instead of select a previous page from a drop-down list. It is a real problem: someone has any ideas?

    In the previous version of Firefox, I could go back to a previous page by clicking on a part of the previous button which brought up a list of recently visited sites and clicking on one of them, might go back to this page. This installation does not seem to be available in the latest Firefox, and the back button only goes back one page at a time. It's really embarrassing, like,

      it now takes longer to get to an earlier page
      there is no visibility of previous pages visited
      any actions carried out on webpages are undone when going back through them - this does not happen when jumping back several pages in one go.

    It is a real problem, I used the old system constantly and cannot continue to use Firefox 4.0 unless there is a way around it.

    Use it to open the history list:

    • Right-click on the back or next button
    • Press and hold the left button of the mouse on the active back or forward button until the list opens

  • Link to the previous page button

    I have a lot of pages in an application that has a link column to a common page.  On the current page, I want to have a back button which will return to the previous page (same functionality as the previous button in the browser).  I can't figure out how to configure the back button "Action when the button clicked" section for this.  I created a page element to maintain the previous value of the page, but I can't figure out how to get that in the section "Action when the button is clicked.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you, Brad.  Exactly what I was looking for.  I was close... but the trailing "." that's what I was missing.

  • Button to the previous article for the publication of DPS

    Don't know if it's better in indesign or dps...

    using indesign cc

    Is it possible to have a button go to the article previously posted?  Not necessarily a specific article, just the one that was seen last?

    Create a button with an action to go to the URL: goto://FolioNavigation/lastview

    This button could imitate the previous button in the navigation toolbar.
