  Forget the increase in ram.  The improvement of the performance would be negligible.

  Look at the power supply Corsair CX600 .  This power supply has enough amperage to run the NVIDIA GTX 570 and most NVIDIA cards less than the GTX 570.

  Review the specifications of performance ATI and NVIDIA . Look at the specifications of strip memory bandwidth and level of DirectX support.

• Im trying to install the Nvidia drivers for my new video card and its saying that my operating system (windows vista 64-bit) is not compatible, which means they are 32-bit drivers, it's fake.

Every time I have try and start the download, it is said that my driver is not a 64-bit driver, which is false, and that my system is 64 bit, which is true. SO... after I click 'OK', it begins to download only to have another pop-up saying "Setup has detected that the system in use is not windows vista 64 bit" which it is. Basically its contradiction with himself. im confused.

  Assuming that the integrated graphics controller is OK, try the following:

  Launch a command (as a Runas administrator) window and enter the following commands in it:

  powercfg-h off

  powercfg/change-standby-timeout-ac 1440

  The first command turns off "Feature of putting into hibernation"

  The second command replaces the timeout stansby 24 hours when the system is connected to AC power.

  (The number is in minutes).

The video card has only 1 single VGA port and a DVI port and because of this, I bought several adapters and cables to try to connect these monitors but I still can't get no signal, please help, I'm a little before I sent monitors to the advertiser. For VGA, I bought an active adapter convert it that HDMI port, I connect via dp to hdmi cable and get still no signal. For DVI, I bought a dp cable dvi and im still getting no signal. Please tell me what is wrong and if have a little chance to connect these monitors today before im refer to them.

  First ram cited the speed of the processor is listed as 1066/1333 hz, however I can not check it on the site of hp and the crucial site recommend ddr3 at 1600 hz, the site hp also says is that 8 GB however apparently due to the fact that it was released on Windows 7 However the processor can support 16 GB max memory support and since upgrading to win 10 my system would be doing, is this correct?

  I stand well partially corrected. The 8 gig RAM max was on the technical page of HP and the maintenance manual says maximum 16 concerts. As you note, it will run at 1333 mhz, but yes you can install 16 gigs and upgrade to Windows 10 made no difference there. You may installed 16 concerts with all 64-bit operating systems.
