The video does not play smoothly.

Whenever I try to play video clips, made long ago one pause and stutter in. They are impossible to watch. What could be the problem?

Hello

Don't forget to update the BIOS and drivers video/display below if there may be several reasons
you encounter this problem. These video clips on your computer or are they online?

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

  • The video does not play correctly

    Hi guys,.

I use Lightroom 6 and I have problems with video playback in my library.

If I try to play the video it really struggling play correctly. I use one of the new macbook pro 15 "and only lightroom has problems playing video. Pictures and imovie, finalcut pro have no video playback trouble what so ever.

    Does anyone have an idea?

    Max

Over the years, many people have complained about problems with video playback and there seems not to be all solutions that have worked regularly (although I'd love to be corrected).

You could try clearing the cache on video and by increasing its size thanks to preferences > file management > video Cache settings. But who will probably not help (although that prove me wrong!).

Long ago, I gave up on the video display in LR on my full load 15 "Macbook Pro.   I mainly use LR for the cataloguing of the video (and I have only a few hundred), I don't mean to change in LR, and I always watch the video in an external player.

While you can do by right-clicking on the thumbnail of the video and do display in the Finder, there are two plugins that do that is more convenient, open directly and my any file.  Using standard Mac keyboard shortcuts, you can assign a shortcut (I use Ctrl + O) to the command open any file, which will open the selected file in the default application for the file type. (You wouldn't need to use other features in any file).  I'm sure you can do the same thing in open directly, although I have not tried. If you have a VCR, directly open is free;  No file is not free, but you pay what you want.

  • CS5.5 just started but the video does not play in the preview

I just got a new (for me) Panasonic AC130P camera for my work / Office and recorded a few simple test shots.

All the videos have been taken in MTS format / AVCHD 1920 x 1080 (1.0).

When I put them in my sandbox, then click on it, the small preview on top box does not move and audio only comes through. When I click and drag it to the preview box, it only plays audio. I messed around with the output icon to see if I can get something, but all I get are waveforms etc to work, not the actual video, I shot.

I am perhaps felt old scool (worked with a lot of DV, SVHS, etc., but never digital HD, it's my first time) for a large number of the HD parameters are really new to me. Am I missing something here?

I have the feeling that it has to do with the video / map graphic, but all the world experienced this before? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!

What is the number and the date of your driver installed nVidia video?

Y at - it a newer version of this card and your operating system, on the nVidia website? If so, I would like to download and install the most recent, and then test.

    Good luck

Thank you very much!   At your suggestion, I've selected out, burn to disc, DVD.  A window shows requiring Save have *.wmv.  OK, reluctantly saves.  Automatically opens first.  Preview has no audio.

Instead of burning to disc, I chose Edit in first.  The preview has the video and audio.  Engraving option asked under wmv.  BUT by selecting the tab burn, then disc, dvd, part took place smoothly and dvd resulting contains actually the audio and the video.  Yes!

She should not be incompatible and hard, but I could never have succeeded without help.

  • HP 15 laptop: DVD does not play smoothly. Help

I got a new laptop about a month ago. At first, I was able to watch a DVD titled "Australia" and it worked perfectly fine. Now, I have tried (unsuccessfully) to watch the other two films using the preinstalled CyberLink Power Media Player 12 (the same thing that I've used before) and it does not work. What happens is I put in a DVD in my laptop and at first when he travels the sponsors or creators such as BBC, it works fine. But then comes the time for the actual film to begin with, the first audio will play while the video itself is trying to go, and then sound stops and will wait for a good ten minutes in the wait for the video to catch up with the sound. In other words, a person walking at a normal speed from point A to point B in a normal period of 3 min now takes at least 7 min for audio (which runs faster) and the video to actually play. I tested to see if it was the drive in place, but I have songs on CD on my laptop, no problem. So I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? I am also still under warranty.

If there is a problem with the DVD material he would play no video at all so we can exclude. I'll tell you that it is a software problem so you only problems for real part of copyright subject to digital rights management. If you're ready to experiment a little, I might suggest that you try to download the VLC media player free, that will play DVDs and see if it's better.
