There is a transparent circle at the bottom of my screen with my cursor inside and my touchscreen is unresponsive especially.
There is a transparent circle at the bottom of my screen with the cursor of the mouse inside and my touch screen has become mainly unresposive.
With respect to the cursor, I followed instructions stating that "USB input device" under "Human Interface Devices" in Device Manager should be disabled, I found. This seems to have resolved this issue, but I can leave this option off or something will not work?
Regarding my touch screen becomes mostly unresponsive, sometimes I can scroll in my Firefox browser and very very occasionally I can touch the screen to access something but not normally.
My laptop is a Sony VAIO
Product name: SVT1312B4E
ModelSVT131A11M
Any help would be appreciated.

I had to reinstall Firefox after restore Windows 10-7 and almost all lose. When I opened Firefox, there was an additional bookmarks toolbar into the bottom of my screen. I tried to right-click on it, but nothing happens, and there is no menu or 'x' to close out of it. I can reduce the size, but still, it resets when I open a new window and crashes my screen. Any ideas how to permanently remove this toolbar of my screen?
This looks like a problem with an extension.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
- Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

How can I get rid of panels 'inspect element' at the bottom of my screen?
I think I used the "inspect element" (the right button of the mouse) and a control panel appeared on the bottom of my screen. I can't get out. I now have two of them. They give just information about a picture, I was interested.
It should be a close button in the toolbar of this Panel on the right-hand side to close this Panel.
You can also look in Firefox/tools > Web Developer > InspectorFurthermore the expert group should disappear after restarting Firefox.

From your description, it appears you are trying to get your mail using Safari to access your e-mail account. Why you do not use the Mail App?

How to restore the bar at the bottom of my screen that displays icons of the add-on?
Previously, the icons of the add-on modules (e.g., noscript, weather or reminders) were displayed at the bottom of my screen and I could click on them to run the corresponding function. Now, they are not displayed, and I don't know how to get back them. I am particularly interested to return noscript as I almost always use it, but I regularly consulted a large number of modules of the missing information bar now. I don't even know what we call this information/icon/display bar.
This has happened
Each time Firefox opened
== I don't know - an involuntary strike?
It is possible that the screen is too high and that the status bar and the scroll bar fall down.
Open the system menu via Alt + space and see if you can resize the window.
If it works, then close Firefox to save the setting.See also http://kb.mozillazine.org/Resizing_oversize_window

On the bottom of your screen, you see your taskbar?
If this isn't the case, two things can happen:
1. the task bar has been set to auto hide
2. the taskbar shrank
If this is the first case, simply move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and the taskbar will come into view. To avoid the taskbar hide again, follow these steps:
1. right click on the taskbar and select "Properties" from the context menu. The window "taskbar and Start menu properties" should open.
2. with the tab 'To-do bar' open, uncheck the box "auto-hide the taskbar."
3. click 'OK' to save the changes and exit the Properties window.
4. click again on the taskbar, and select "lock the taskbar".
If this is the second case:
1. move the mouse to the bottom of the screen until the pointer turns into an arrow
2 left-click of the mouse
3. While holding down the left button of the mouse, made slide up until you see the taskbar.
4. click again on the taskbar, and select "lock the taskbar".
All of this is assuming that the taskbar are normally kept at the bottom of the screen. Adjust accordingly the above according to the placement of the normal task bar.
Hope this helps

How can I change my toolbar view of the bottom of my screen on the left side of my screen?
My computer screen is destroyed. I don't see anything on the right side of my screen. I want to change the taskbar so that it shows on the left side instead of the bottom of my screen. I tried to do it myself for the last hour or two, but have not been able to meet
Right-click on the taskbar and UNLOCK it.
Now what you have to do is find a clear framework of taskbar, put the cursor of your mouse over it, press on and hold down the left mouse button and drag it to the left of your screen... You can now lock the taskbar... Mike Hall MVP - Windows Experience http://msmvps.com/blogs/mikehall/

Black screen with blinking cursor after the passage in MSC mode
I followed the recommendation to disable startup secure in the Bios then move the UEFI Bios to the CSM. But when I go to set up what I see is a black screen with a stable cursor in it. And it doesn t go in the Bios.
The black screen remains.
I turn off the laptop and once again now, but I still have a black screen with a cursor that is stable and that s it.It's like that and it doesn t go to windows even go into the Bios, I can t.
What should I do?Help, please...
Hello
After the passage of the CSM and disabling secure boot UEFI mode, you will not be able to boot from the HARD disk as the installation of Windows 8 requires secure boot and the mode of the UEFI.
Now you can boot from the disc or other media bootable (USB flash key) to install the Windows 7 system.
I guess you've made these changes installed Windows 7. Right?
By the way: what model of laptop you have exactly?
