This is the error message I get all trying to download creative cloud. I use a mac.

I used to have creative clouds earlier, that I tried to re install and this error message appears when I am trying to download

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Follow solution 2 in error: "unable to install". Creative Office Cloud
  2. Reinstall the CC desktop application using Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

Hope this will help you.

Kind regards
