  You can configure the taskflows to use isolated images of DataControl. In this case each instance taskflow would have its own set of DataControl instance (and AM instances accordingly) and the separate instances of the TF will not share its data.

  You can set that in the definition of TF. Use the property inspector, see the 'Behavior' section and uncheck the box ' data controls share with the call of workflow.

  Thanks for the reply. I tried to reinstall the integration features in the past, but the problem has come back at a later date. A few days after I posted this request for assistance, I needed to log out of Windows 7, so I hibernated the XP Mode image. Then, I opened a session in Windows 7 and thought I'd give it a try once again, and it worked this time! I did nothing special. So hopefully that will happen in the future, just as it went and on the past few months. Enjoyed your attempt to offer advice, however!

  It's a Setup completely unsupported in first place and you will be difficult to find someone who can help you. Probably, you will need to create separate shortcuts / files in batches and run them in separate instance contexts. AE itself always detects running instances and reuse.

Then I extracted finished master and data assignment article category Masters against a master/child existing InvOrg, updated the data for newly created InvOrgs, inserted into tables insterface and ran seeded import conc program element. Except for a few, all data have been loaded into base against new InvOrgs tables.
  
  Then I tried with master provider (with sites and contacts). A few AP configurations are required, and then data provider (+ contact + site) have been loaded against OR newly created (under new BG) base tables.
  
  I do not proceed after that. I'm currently looking for ideas from the experts on how to go further.

My understanding is that each branch becomes a separate instance of the object. Data is passed between the loops using global variables, wrapped in the accessors (I can change this if someone has a better approach - reducing to a minimum the memory and the CPU usage is very important).

  I need to have a large number of instances of the main VI running at the same time. What would be the best way to ensure that the data transmitted between the loops of one instance of VI do not interfere with the data transmitted between the loops of another instance of VI?
