  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time.

  If you do not have access to your old computer because you have replaced a hard drive, upgraded your operating system to format your computer before you deactivate your software or your computer is dead, you can ask Adobe Support to help you disable from a machine, you cannot access. Have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, then contact us.

  To load the software on another computer, download and install it as you did on the first computer. Then enter your serial number to activate it.

  When install you it on the third computer or for the third time & when activate you, if it installed & activated twice already, there will be a possibility to disable previous computers, please click that.

  Then it will allow you to activate on your new machine,

  Now you can go to your first computer, disconnect & reconnect CC Desktopp app, launch any product, if there is no product to buy, which invites there will be an option for "software license", please click on the & sign.

  It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.

  You have already disabled it a machine, so you can activate it on the third computer.

  You can install the software on two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.

  If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers.  You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.

  Hello, I fight CS2 with my wacom tablet many years ago and I am now on my third computer, I installed this product on.  However, I have more access to one of the two previous to disable computers.  I already tried to use the chat support, but it does not work on any browser that I have and call on the phone just redirects me here.

  Hello

  You will need to disable one of the copies to be able to install it on a third computer. Disabling can be done using the menu. You don't need to uninstall, but only two copies can be activated at the same time.

  You can install Creative Cloud on as many computers as you want, but you can't be signed on two computers, and can use it on one computer at a time.

  Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the website of Adobe using your Adobe ID, download the creative application Cloud, then download the applications you want to use.

  You can download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App from here:

  After installing the desktop creative cloud application, you will need to sign in with a login password and Adobe. Then you can install applications. This link provides more information and step by step instructions, if you need: CC help | Download, install, update or uninstall applications

  If you get a new computer, simply log out of creative cloud over one of the other and log on to the new.  Connect, disconnect you and | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

  I have a subscription to creative cloud and Dreamweaver CC2015 installed on the #1 computer. I have Dreamweaver CS6 (not part of the subscription of the CC) installed on #2 and #3 computers. I cannot now begin ONE of these applications without getting the message on "you can't have 2 connections" and "sign on one of them" (not word for Word, the message is not open immediately). This feels like being not able to open, for example, Photoshop, because I have Dreamweaver open! CS6 DW doesn't do not part of the subscription of the CC, it's a completely different application, bought and paid for. I don't have the creative Office Cloud app installed on two of these computers (#1 and #2) but there seems to be no way to sign up on that if it factored into two connections, and I can't uninstall it even on computer #2 because it indicates that it programs there it which need it; NO program of creative cloud except the desktop app is installed on this computer. Any help?

  You can not turn on three computers at the same time.

  But you can alternate 2 activations between 3 computers by enabling and disabling as necessary.

  If you must have active at any time 3 then you will need to create an Adobe ID and purchase another subscription. Which will give you 4 activations - 2 package.
