  First of all, I would like to try a reset by pressing the power and Home keys until the Apple logo appears.

  If this does not work, I suggest that you visit an Apple store (with all your gear) and ask them to test/diagnose the problem.

  What exactly happens when you try to install a program that needs this service?

  Try these steps and see if it helps you:

  Unregister and re-register Windows Installer.

  To do this, follow these steps:
  1. click on start and then click Run.
  2. in the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then press ENTER.
  3. click on start and then click Run.
  4. in the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

  NOTE: you must log in using the administrator account and try to install it like that. Or you can also try running the program by right clicking and select "run as Administrator". It should work.

  1. When was the last time espeaking worked?

  2. do you have an anti-virus installed on the computer program?

  3. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  4 have you done any recent software or the hardware changes in the computer?

  Windows comes with a screen reader called Narrator, which reads text on the screen aloud and describes some events (such as displaying an error message) that happen while you're using the computer.

  Espeaking is a third-party voice recognition application.

  You may need to contact the manufacturer of the program or reinstall the application.

  Thank you for reporting the issue. We have already identified this problem and follow-up. While extensions are trying to solve this problem, can you please try following steps and let us know if it helps.

  1. close Animate runs.

  2. go in the following location on Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC 2015.2\

  3. If it contains two folders of locale:

  for example, en_AU (parameters system locale), en_US (local animation)

  4 copy the folders in the row (if it exists)

  a. copy the contents of en_AU\Configuration\Commands\ to en_US\Configuration\Commands\

  b. copy the contents of the en_AU\Configuration\WindowSWF\ to en_US\Configuration\WindowSWF\

  5. launch Animate and check the extensions.

  Note: In your case, locale system and installed local Animate can be different

  I have a major problem with El Capitan at the moment and I was wondering if anyone can help or has the same problems.

  What happened completely out of the blue and everything was working fine until yesterday to the top. The Mac does not seem to be recognizing my permissions of software. I opened my copy of IK Multimedia Amplitude 4 like I do every day to work and a message pops up saying

Click OK to start the IK Multimedia Authorization Manager or click Cancel to continue. "I have already registered this product through the Manager of authorization of the IK Multimedia comes out when I install everything first. I've never seen this message before, it is not logical at all!   Then I went to another application I use every day called Sibelius by Avid. Same thing happened. Then I got the registration codes, and now it seems to be okay. I tried to open another application I use Ableton Live and it says the same thing again. I double click my authorization file that I have to do this and it says that the file is not valid for this computer.

  I'm sure that there is a problem with El Capitan not recognizing my authorization to use the software, I installed. It's too much of a coincidence that 3 3 companies software different all stop working at the same time, right? I called Apple support and they tried to get me to reset the permissions on the apps but it still does not and in the end they told me to contact software manufacturers. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it I use this software for my work and I need their work as soon as POSSIBLE.

  Unless you have purchased these applications via the Mac App Store, OS X has no mechanism to allow the use of the installed software. This is the license code is written in the app or a license of Add-ons Manager. Licensing may not be compatible with El Capitan, but this is the limit of the participation of El Capitan in the licensing process for these applications.
