  I'm surprised DW isn't crashing for you when you are trying to post (it has been for most of the people, as the W3C changed the link to the validator).

  You don't need to download to validate, however, change the "check by:" "Text Input" drop-down menu and paste the code in.

  Hi frfxuser, the embedded player works the way you describe, but YouTube uses scripts to customize the player controls, so you would need a specific YouTube 'hack' to hide the application.

  One possible approach would be to use a Bookmarklet, which is a snippet of JavaScript that you can save on your bookmarks bar or Bookmarks Menu for quick access. The script can assign controls ' view: no ', then when you click on the new button, remove this rule so they show once again and you can return to normal.

  We use the Vision Builder 2009 and we want to create an interface own inspection to display the results. We want only to have a display of the output of the image and use it on internet explorer on another computer.

  The problem is now that the image has a size of 640 x 480 pixels and internet explore always shows 1024 x 768 pixels. That means we see on the internet explore a large screen grey and in the middle is our graph with the image with a size of 640 x 480.

  Is it possible to optimize the control interface that IE can only show pixels 640 x 480?

  If you create the VI in LabVIEW and save the VI with only the part of the user interface you want visible and then import this VI to use as your UI custom in VBAI, that's all that should be displayed in the web page, even if the UI displayed in the Inspection mode will show the UI with a minimum size of 1024 x 768. As soon as you change the UI with the VBAI user interface editor and then save, it will resize itself to the user interface for the minimum size used by inspection mode (1024 x 768), so maybe thats why it is bigger than expected. It shouldn't be much more important in the transfer of a front panel of the user interface to a web page that is 640 x 480 or 1024 x 768, but I did not much reference in this area. I hope that the first part of this answer tells you how to get the behavior you want and if you want that UI looking small in the web page, don't edit it with the editor of the VBAI user interface.

  I just installed an ASA with an AIP-SSM-20 version 5.1. I have several subinterfaces on Physics G0/0, which is be the control on the SPI interface. However, when I try to add this interface as interface monitors, I get "error: Interface GigabitEthernet0/0 is already assigned as an interface of promicuous, as part of a pair of inline or is the control interface.» What does that mean? I have configured my ASA to send traffic out a subinterface G0/0, but I don't see any indication that it works.

  The confusion here is that there are 2 interfaces GigabitEthernet0/0.

  The ASA has a GigabitEthernet0/0 and the SSM has completely separated GigabitEthernet0/0.

  GigabitEthernet0/0 of the SSM is the external interface of the SSM itself map. That's where command and control IP of the SSM is assigned. DFS cannot monitor this interface.

  GigabitEthernet0/0 of the SAA is you have subinterfaces on.

  Here are 2 separate interfaces.

  You cannot add Gig of the SSM 0/0 to a sensor virtual because the sensor is not able to control it is command and control external interface.

  You cannot add Gig of the ASA 0/0 with a virtual sensor because you can't add ASA ALL interface to a virtual sensor. This is how you configure not followed to the SSM.

  The only ONE that can be monitored by the SSM is Gig 0/1 interface of the SSM.

  BUT as you cannot confuse the SSM Gig Gig of the ASA and 0/0 0/0. You must also not confuse Gig of the SSM Gig of the ASA and 0/1 0/1.

• Best way to make this step motor control system

  The goal of my project is to have real-time data collected by a controller of Sir 158u Dataq a stepper motor.  I grappler planned on executing it with the basic stamp, but I realize that's not possible.  I have a stepper motor and a L293DNE driver.  I'll be permanently registration of data with the dataq, the form of volts and want these values to determine how the engine works.  For example, if the voltage is 0-3 volts, I want it running clockwise, 3-5 volts not turns not, and 5-8 Volt turn clockwise.

  I tried to understand this last week, searching through discussions with basic stamp, matlab and labview now.

  Is there an easy way to do this? or easier way that I'm trying to understand?

  What I was describing, this is how you configure the motor controller to accept PWM of LabVIEW and mode locked anti-phase so you can control the direction of the motor. Much on the part of LabVIEW depends on the acquisition of data you use. For example the acquisition of your data doesn't have a counter which can generate a PWM? I did some checking everything on time and the acquisition of your data is not made by National Instruments and I couldn't locate the native LabVIEW drivers. I did however go to the MFG Dataq 158u site and found that they do not have drivers LabVIEW BUT their software (SW) should run in the background. Dataq 158u website also has a help forum, I suggest you start to understand the capacity of the 158u Dataq. Also it seems that you are not familiar with LabVIEW, until you can take on a project like this, you have to start with the LabVIEW Basics, learn how to manage the tables so you can store your results of EDA and records the use of loops and timing and movement.  NOR has a basic training FREE as the intrudction 6hr to LabVIEW, I would like to start their. Oh, and in your OP (original post) you doubted the Basic Stamp could do that, I do this type of control using the Atmel microcontrollers all the time, I'm sure that the stamp eaisily could do. Download right on one of their forums for more information. Oh and to answer your question a UPS is an IC that reverses the input signal, which you would end upward with the direction of you pines motor controller is PWM on a spindle and 180Deg off phase PWM, on the other hand.

• Why I get this: VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF00A5) interface type is valid, but the number of specified interface is not configured.

  I searched the knowledge base NOT found Document ID: 5389BHR7. I went through the 'solution', but I already had NiVi488.dll - NI-VISA passport to the GPIB controlled. I can't find anything else on the matter. Any help would be appreciated.

  Note: this deployment has worked in the past. I upgraded from LV2009 to LV2013 last year and this is the first run my Installer on a new PC since the upgrade. I have all my VI migrated to the format of 2013. A PC running all my previous VI has been upgraded, but I did was install the runtime in 2013 and then copied all the new .exe. They all work. I imported my hardware configuration as part of the installation process.

  I found the solution. I had taken off my VISA Alias names and had the GPIB::6:INST because I had problems with a version of the VISA. This has been resolved once I got an appropriate VISA version installed. Now, this VISA was installed proplerly, I actually had to give a 'name' for each piece of equipment. This is why the error "interface number specified is not configured" message. Once I reassigned all instruments VISA on my GPIB bus with a name, everything started working again.

• Why can't I delete this box full control of Firefox icon in my toolbar?

  I don't know where it comes from, but there's a box full of what seems to be Firefox control icons to the right of my Google search box in the toolbar. There are two lines; on the top row, they are all grey, so similar to 'back', 'before', 'reload page', 'Cancel', 'downloads' and so on (they are icons, not of words, but I think that's what they correspond to the). On the bottom row, there is a like a clock and the other as 'Favorites', those who are white. By clicking on one of these things does nothing and if I double click on and click 'Customize', the whole box behaves as a single object, but I can't delete it.

• LabVIEW control Interface 54645d, please help!

  Hi, I can't get the two signals of track or to at least get channel 2 on my labview interface signal, I get two signal on the physical oscilloscope traces and when I try and run the labview interface it only shows channel 1. I was able to save data in an excel to CSV file and get a signal (channel 1), but now I am trying to get a second signal or if not possible, to achieve at least a signal of channel 2 on another window, please help, spent time searching for solution, but came to no solution and don't know how I can get this signal displayed. If anyone knows how I can get this works or if they can test on a physical oscilloscope to meet, I would really appreciate it. Please I am again asking for help. Thank you.

  Hi John,.

  Since you are using a scope and an IVI driver, you will not be able to use the reading VI waveform to acquire two signals. However, you can use the initiate and extract the screws to acquire the signals of the two channels. You will first use the VI launch referring to both channels, and then, you follow this command with the Fetch VI for each channel individually. This article in the knowledge base I linked below gives a more thorough description of the reason why you cannot use the VI of waveform of reading for both channels:
