This product is NOT worth the MONEY, it just doesn't work.

I want to cancel my service. I lost 1 hour on the phone yesterday to have the same problems piling up today. I signed up for a year of service I want to cancel or get a service that is not cloud base being that I have to do everything manually. A loss of $180 per year.
