Thunderbolt 3 connectivity with the old Mac?

I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch end 2013 retina with a thunderbolt port 2. I read on the stroke of lightning 3 and since it is in the form of a usb key, unfortunately I is not a port on my mac for her.

But the speeds were impressive and I wanted to know if I have a cable thunderbolt 3 to crush 2 or Thunderbolt 3 nothing else on my mac (plug in the side shot of lightning 3-port usb c in my monitor), I'd get those same speeds 40 Gbit/s?

Also, thank you for giving a link to a bolt of lightning to thunderbolt cable 3 2 if you do not find one

Thank you!

It is not the connector that is important. This is your internal hardware that doesn't support fast T2 or T3. It only supports speeds of T1. T3 uses the same connector as on the new MacBooks - USB - C 3.1. Save your money. Even if there is a T4 slip, you won't get anything faster than what you have now. Cable determine the speed.
