  Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

  The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

  After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode).

  Step 5

  If possible, connect to a different network and test.

  Step 6

  Reset the NVRAM.

• Can I get a FF window title, without going through the menu bar?

  Two problems with this split in fact:

  (1) when the FF is in non-optimized mode, you have a piece of * white * chrome between the new menu of firefox and the usual minimize/maximize/close buttons.

  (2) when the FF is maximized, which disappears from chrome and is taken over by tabs.

  In both cases, there is no way of knowing the title of the page without doing a mouseover on the tab OR the definition of the menu bar to display (which seems a bit of a strange and unrelated to option to choose).

  Happy to head out buzilla and set based queries/bugreports if it is a better avenue btw.

  Help if you do not show the tab bar in the title bar?

• How to change Qt creator to build without - devmode - bar debugtoken?

  I'm trying to deploy Qt applications that I have updated to work with the last update of OS as well as the creator of Qt bb published here: https://github.com/blackberry/Qt/downloads

  I run the installation of linux.

  The release/debug switch does not work to remove the devmode-blackberry-nativepackager call debugtoken.

  So I thought no problem, I'll build and sign the order, here are the issues I have with that.

  First of all, Packager complained the matter in the descriptor indicating that % QT_INSTALL_IMPORTS % is an invalid path. Then I put in the required absolute paths and managed to build the package bar.

  Bar-signer will not sign the package, well complain:

  Error: Code signing request failed because [run_native] in Entry-Point-User-Actions is not allowed.
  

  So I remed out: run_native starting from the descriptor, still no joy, it will fail with the same message...

  Does anyone have any idea how to change the call to blackberry-nativepackage of the creator? Or any other tips as to where I'm wrong here?

  I could be missing something obvious here in my frustration!

  I * think * this message is what you get if you have a run_native, without the system = 'true' part. If I'm right, he can point to that you have a duplicated elsewhere with the wrong content descriptor file, and it's using this rather than the one you are changing. Or something like that.

  To resolve these issues, always go to the MANIFEST. MF file in the actual .bar file. Unpack and inspect this file directly to see what it is * really * for help. Often, you can identify a gap like that and then trace back to repair your build system.

  Oh, and I must be close to correct that since, if you really had system = true, that entry would have shown upward in Entry-Point-system-action at the place where the error says it's. (Unless the error itself is completely wrong).

• Title pushes container bar main screen down on Q10

  My app uses a free-form title bar and a container with the dock available filling the screen for the content of the main window. The dock layout container has an ImageView positioned at the bottom of the container (i.e. at the bottom of the screen). The Z10 and Z30, it works very well - the title bar and the bottom image are all two visible. On the Q10 container dock of main window is pushed down when the title bar is visible if the bottom image is pushed out of the visible area. The display can be "pushed up" to reveal the background image, but the title bar is then pushed out of sight.

  Can someone tell me how to fix this, so that the title bar and the background image are both visible?

  I am creating a WebM which is not too large to display on my site as a background video. I tried a lot of methods to do this, always leading with black bars at the top and bottom of the video. I need to create a custom report so that it fits well on my site WITHOUT the black bars (I'm trying to create a flawless look). How can I do this?

  If please check the properties of your video clip and check the size of the image.

  In Premiere pro, create a new sequence (click File > New > sequence) and select the tab "settings".

  Create a customized with exactly same size of image sequence.

• How can I copy and paste titles without any change?

  I use a standard text title which by default appears in the center of the screen. I want to move it to another location and then have subsequent identical securities throughout the video appear in the same place without starting from scratch each time. I thought that I would just paste copies of the title moved throughout the video, but when I change the text in one, all copies are changing to this text. Is there an easy way to change rather than a title and to reuse this place many times with different words in each?

  Assuming that the first items 11 to 14 on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit...

  Do not copy and paste, unless you want to use the same titles in all the different places in the project.

  In the Expert workspace, create your title in the Titler, open and close the module titration when finished. In the process of creating a copy of the title will be placed on the timeline to the position of the marker on the timeline. Also a copy of the file will be placed in the active project.

  With the module of closed captioning, open the active project, right-click in the thumbnail of the copy, select duplicate. Drag the double on the timeline and double click it to open the module of titration to change it. Repeat the process for additional titles, as indicated by your workflow system.
