  Try turning off the GPU. Go in Edition > Preferences > Performance (Lightroom > preferences > Performance on a Mac) and uncheck the box use Graphics Processor.

  This happens because your antivirus starts to scan the file when you try to run it. You can check by

  2. open Task Manager > go to processes (or details if it is WIndows 8) > run file > monitor processes belongs to antivirus to see if they consume the CPU power
  If this is the case, it is made by antivirus normal safety measure to keep you protected.

  I am running Windows 7 since 12/2010 and have been using office 2007.  06/05/12, I installed office 2010.  Since that time the new excel will not open .xlsx files in Explorer by double clicking on the file name... Excel 2007 does that very well.  Instead of excel opens, Manager of photo is trying to open up.  I tried to change the default program assignments, but the only options are Office 2010, Microsoft Works Spreadsheet and Microsoft Open XML converter.  No does the job and as I mentoned, if I take of Office 2010, it tries to open Picture Manager who can not read the file.  There is no good Excel option to the association of .xls, it shows Excel as the deafult.

  Hello all!  I am running on XP RH8.  Somehow... just my PC... but for ALL my projects (over 15 years), I lost the ability to open a topic by double-clicking it.  I cannot even click right and select 'change '.

  I right click, chose "Edit with" and design or view HTML.  This happened yesterday morning, and for the life of me I can't find a setting anywhere where it affects.

  I had HR long... This is a new!  And its very, very difficult and painful.  I can't double-click a bookmark and jump to it.  I can double-click a broken link and display the dialog box.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Relocation of HR is a 3 day process with our Help Desk, a secure server, and questionable results.  While there is a setting somewhere, or a combination of typing that I accidentally triggered... I'm all ears.

• Why my titles are not playing?

  Can anyone tell why I can't listen to my songs? I'm pretty new to Logic Pro X and in some sort by clicking around late last night I stopped being able to hear all the tracks, but one through my headphones connected to a ProFire 610. Same remained true when I unplugged the ProFire. Certainly, I did something wrong in the software with the rails.

  Solo is not enabled because as far as I know.

  It looks like your regions are put on mute.

  They are grey and have a point in the header of the region with the color of the region (if she was not dumb)

  How can I get the titles of the scene to show in DVD creation.  I have Vista.  I can add video files fine, but when I burn the DVD, there is no scene titles - just the scene buttons.  I clicked everywhere and does not know how to do this.  Can I change the TITLE information - police, etc. - but it doesn't seem in any way to baptize the scenes - all other burning programs I've used - Roxio, Sonic - automatically display the stage (file name of the individual video clip) under the stage/clipping name when you add it to the project.

• Why Yahoo toolbar 3.2.3.20140507025036 won't let me add, remove, or rearrange my apps and are not displayed under 'Edit apps' for Firefox 35.0?

  I tried to uninstall and install not only the toolbar Yahoo, but Firefox itself. I also ran registry CCleaner it AM. I can add Firefox icons for Web sites, but not my own. I can only delete the icons by clicking right on it in the toolbar. I am frustrated because Firefox has always worked so well before with older programs.
