Titles with animation / motion...

I only did two films to date with PP CS6.  I used a number of very basic titles, although in my last film has mobilized the models of title for them a little jazz.    Before moving on to PP, I used Videostudio (consumer app), which came with a bunch of titles motion presets that you can browse and easily change somewhat along the lines of the new title of the feature model PP.   I did not take anything in the same sense in PP unless I missed something.  Are securities that have animation and movement something would be created with After Effects?

As mentioned above, Sal PrPro can do Animation of the title, but it has predefined is basically two title animations: course &. However, PrPro offers Animation with keyframes, fixed effects > Motion > Position. This fixed effect is retouching easier from the effect controls panel.

In addition, you can animate many other effects for titles. I use fixed effects > opacity, Motion > scale, as well as effects added, as a blur, to do what I ask.

When I have more control, or the exact effect I want to animate in PrPro, I can go to AE, but within reasonable limits, PrPro is easy and very effective. Once one grasps the concept of creating keyframes of effects over time, it's really just a bunch of clicks.

Good luck

Hunt

PS - I animate titles, photos and video - all in roughly the same way, this is not limited to a few titles.

    Tim,

    One was would be to create your credits in the Titler, and then add a Logo, which would be the thumbnail of the actor.

    Another would be to create your title w / embedded Image in Photoshop and Save_As PSD Import which PrPro, then use the move > key frames in Position to make the animation.

    Yet another would make the thumbnail as a glitch in the title (above it on a higher video track), and then animate the appropriations in title with Motion > Keyfarmes Position, and do the same thing for this Image, so that they move together. You should be able to image key, say the title, then Rt-on this copy by choosing. Then select the PiP Clip, Rt-click on, and then choose Paste attributes. [I have never tried this with a title and a still Image, but will the experiences, in which case there are a few limitations, but don't think that it will be.]

    Without knowing what is happening when you try, it is difficult to recommend troubleshooting. However, one of the first steps is to ensure that you don't have to reduce the Motion activated in accessibility.

  • masking and unmasking of the arbitrary nodes in a graph of scene with animations

    Could someone point me on how can I dissolve (or any other animation effect), an arbitrary (and its children) node in the graphic scene when I click some tag? And how could I show them, also with animation, when you click the label again?.

    I think using a label as hyperlinks have a boring rectangle that surround them. Is it okay to use a label for what I want? If a hyperlink is preferred, how I could hide the rectangle surrounding by default? (I think it means that the hyperlink has focus).

    Thank you!

    Use FadeTransitions to hide and unhide nodes.
    There is sample code in the Animation Tutorial and the sample of the whole:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/JavaFX/2/animations/basics.htm#CJAJJAGI
    http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/Java/JavaFX/samples/index.html

    You can use a label with a mouse event handler set to trigger the fade.
    Although there are many other ways to allow a user trigger an event and just with the help of a label will not provide the user with visual feedback that they can interact with it.
    The control that would reflect more the State of the function of masking would be a ToggleButton control.
    What control you use depends on the look you want to achieve.

    You can customize the appearance of the focus of a hyperlink ring (or remove) using CSS.

  • Problem with animation .oem EDGE

    Hello world

    First of all, I want to thanks to all of the community forum Adobe for many of the useful discussions and lots of useful information. It is my FIRST post in the Adobe Forum.

    Well, I am a member of creative cloud and I'm almost finished our first DIGITAL MAGAZINE (visit Montenegro). I think we're doing great work, and this digital magazine is published as a standalone application.

    We discover very nice and attractive opportunities for animation with Adobe EDGE Animate. Unfortunately, something is not right here. We install the new EDGE (v 1.5.0.217.23270) and we create an animation

    for the COVER page. We follow all the instructions and we publish file OEM.

    When we put this file OEM in inDesign, we had not seen the animation in the PREVIEW of the OFFICE, but also when we test folio on iPad - same problem appear - we have not only static IMAGE POSTERISEE animation.

    By the way, animation works well when we saw in the browser (and for more information - put us AUTO PLAY on the EDGE - SCENE and also in inDesign Web Content + 0.125 dry delay).

    Now we try with another solution - make us frame in inDesign and we put the HTML file of the same animation in this setting (Folio overlays/Web Content). Then, we discover that NICE WORK with this kind of implementation of animation.

    But still, we want to know WHY. Animation of the OEM did not work in inDesign (folio files/articles)? Do you have someone from Adobe can tell us is there any problem with EDGE .oem files and inDesign CS6? It's strange, because we have the most recent edge and inDesign versions, but still we have the problem with the .oem animation files (does not work!). This great opportunity to make the most attractive digital magazine with animations created in Adobe EDGE must be better tested and be reliable for users in my opinion.

    I have appricite any kinf of information from other users, as well as representatives from Adobe. Thank you.

    I gave you the link. Find the right download for your version of InDesign and platform.

  • Help with animated gif background when opened in Photoshop Extended c33

    I often work with Animated Gif

    the addition of doggies etc. to the top layer.

    I'm having a problem with an Animated Gif (the transparent) background when registering on the web and open in Photoshop cs3 extended it change the white background automatically?  (which is not what I want)  I would like to know how to keep the same format with transparency or change to black because it is the background on my site... don't know why it is converted to white in photoshop or how to change... Thank you advance!

    While white is not used for another part of your chart, it will work fine. When you save the file as a gif file, it will allow you to specify the color that should be transparent.

  • Way to Tween or Motion for keynote white with animated stars?

    I create particle star of this tutorial: http://www.schoolofflash.com/2008/03/Flash-CS3-particle-effect/ and got help from this discussion: http://forums.Adobe.com/message/5518425 in order to get what I wanted. My code is:

    var starsArray:Array = new Array();

    var myTimer:Timer = new Timer(50);
    myTimer.addEventListener(TimerEvent.TIMER, addStars);
    myTimer.start();

    addEventListener(Event.ENTER_FRAME, moveStars);

    function addStars(e:TimerEvent):void
    {
              var star:Stars = new Stars();
              star.x = stage.stageWidth / 2;
              star.y = stage.stageHeight / 2;
              star.alpha = Math.random() * .8 + .2;
              star.scaleX = star.scaleY = Math.random() * .8 + .2;
              star.xMovement = Math.random() * 10 - 5;
              star.yMovement = Math.random() * 10 - 5;
              starsArray.push(star);
              addChild(star);
              star.cacheAsBitmap = true;
    }

    function moveStars(e:Event):void
    {
              for each (var star:MovieClip in starsArray)
              {
                        star.x += star.xMovement;
                        star.y += star.yMovement;
                        star.alpha -= .01;
                        star.scaleX = star.scaleY -= .01;
                        if (star.scaleX <= 0)
                                  kill(star);
              }
    }

    function kill(star:MovieClip):void
    {
              starsArray.splice(starsArray.indexOf(star), 1);
              removeChild(star);
    }

    However, I wanted to move the particles from stars. The problem is that the star is not on the screen, but it is called in the actions in the empty speech. I don't know what I should do next to get the result. I looked online for pre-teens and trajectories, but I see is that they needed the star to the right of the screen, I think? I have also heard of the compiled clip, but I don't know how I should go about creating a and to use it to move the stars while it is busy with all the actionscript code. All I wanted is for particles of stars floating around the screen (on a path that I can pull out if possible)...

    I finally got the result I was looking for.

    What I did to click on the symbol 'stars' with its 'Stars' class and convert it again in a clip "Starss. Then I added 'Starss' on the screen and double click on "Starss" dive back to the 'stars' and add the ActionScript and adjust the star.x' and star.y'movement.

    I went back to the stage main and added movement to the "Starrs" interpolation and he hosted as I wanted.

  • Problem with animation line flicker/aliasing

    Hi I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on trying to get this smoother animation and a little crisper.

    I know that the quality will be slightly less good in a gif format.

    https://S3.amazonaws.com/uploads.hipchat.com/115279/3089179/b6GFClDGSBHAucu/lines.gif

    Thank you

    Let me give you a few basics. These are things that are not considered by almost everyone that starts working in the video, especially those who come from a print or web design background. Photographers are also victims of a flaw in their knowledge which is understandable because they have never had to deal with things like this before. Here are the facts.

    First Point:
    Video (and everything that comes from digital displays) are always arranged on a grid of pixels. No exception. You can never put a line width of single pixel on this grid of pixels and do appear as a single pixel line, unless it lines up perfectly. Nothing that is not precisely aligned to the pixel grid is interpreted. It is called Anti-aliasing. This means that if your 1-pixel thick line is to halfway between grid display will be the average of the values in this row and you end up with a broad line of two pixels on the screen with each line taking half the value of the color of the original line. In other words if you are not precisely aligned on the grid of your 1-pixel wide black line becomes a 2px wide gray line.

    Second Point:
    Video is composed of images that reading at a particular rate. Your screen also has a refresh rate. Display rate standard in countries that have 60 Hz electricity usually have a refresh rate standard 60 Hz or multiples of a whole number of this rate divider. In countries where electricity is 50 Hz (Europe), the refresh rate is usually 50 Hz. The video frame rate for video in NTSC countries (most of the world) are normalized to 29.97 FPS (there's a reason associated with the problem of broadcasting TV signals in color, but I won't go into that right now). The Standard in PAL countries video frame rate is 25 fps. When you choose a frame rate for your video project which is not the frequency of standard images for your area, you may rate for your video come into conflict with the cadence of your screen. This can cause perfectly smooth motion judder and there is nothing you can do about it, except change the refresh rate of your screen or lift it up with a new high refresh rate capable display or change the frame rate of your video.

    Third Point:

    The average human eye and brain have a property called retinal retention. These effects how we perceive motion. No matter what you do, most people perceive incorrectly flexible movement across their field of vision. Most of the time the brain tries to iron out things and your eyes automatically try and follow this movement. This effect is well understood by the great directors when they block shots and the great directors of photography when they put cameras if your eye is directed to the part of the frame where they want that to get you to understand the history.

    Fourth Point:
    There is a strobe effect that applies to all the movements. For example, if you watch an old movie on TV western, you will sometimes see the wheels of the car rotate backwards. Smart of an airplane propeller video phone can show you that strange Sword-shaped blades turn slowly or even backwards. It's the interaction between pace and movement. The only way to create videos that shows the movement correctly and in the right direction is to match the query of the cadence.

    Fifth Point:
    Work around the fine lines, turning it into a thicker lines is to disable interpolation. You can do in After Effects by selecting quality draft. With quality lit project, you will always have a thick black line of single pixel. This solves a problem, but worse the other. The problem of the stroboscopic effect. To make your single pixel with black line SOUPLESE you must match the query of the line to the frame rate. You move 1 pixel by image or 2 pixels per image or 3 pixels per image or 4. You cannot move to 1.4 or 2.8 pixels per image. It won't wok, it would never work.

    Sixth Point:
    Even if you perfectly fit the pixel grid movement, you can still run on the retinal retention problem and frame rates. Every Director of professional photography with a value of his day rate knows that there are critical speeds of Pan - speeds during which you can not move the camera in a scene and offer a scene that doesn't pan and look terrible. Jerking can be so bad that it gives people headaches and worse. The frequency of images the more cautious, be with the camera. When the video cameras of 24 frames per second were introduced a whole bunch of people came back with horrible images. Shots that run at 29.97 work at 24. Cadence, retention of the retina, strobe effect and your brain combined with no fixed focal point for your eyes to focus on and track combine to fault up to the shooting and of the query.

    The solution:
    When you want to animate a thin line, you're better off at 29.97 frames per second that anything slower. 30 is OK if you go never broadcast or DVD to watch on a TV. You can use an expression to control the movement, so that your line moves exactly an even number of pixels per image. If your design requires that go you faster you must hide the problem with motion blur. If you want to lighten in and clear it of movement then you must hide the problem of aliasing with motion blur. Smooth long moves must be exactly to an even number of pixels per image. You have more options of speed at a higher speed. Even at a higher speed, you will encounter the problem of the sixth Point.

    The evidence:
    Any problem of smoothing by giving you the discount gray lines load the rendering of your lines animated in AE and step as part of an animation at the same time. Baring any cache image and to make the issues I bet that your animation will run without difficulty from one image to the other. It is only when the video plays back at speed that your eyes and your brain will tell you that the movement is uneven.

    Certain standards:
    Go to a cinema and watch the end titles. It takes about 7 or 8 seconds (depending on the height of the frame) for securities to roll from the bottom of the screen upwards. The second seven rule is pretty standard. With 29.97 FPS 1 video per image pixel, 2 pixels per image and 4 pixels per image work well enough for most applications. When you find a speed frame rate works for your video, it's the frame size and it is write it down. Use it again and again.

    This is an expression that works at the speed of the animation and allows blur to apply to your image. You can do the movement meet the markers if you want to start and stop. I have a bunch of preset animations that I use all the time for that style of animation.

    Bottom-up:

    t = time;

    en = t/thisComp.frameDuration;

    x = value [0];

    s = 4; Speed in pixels per image must be an integer

    y = value [1] - (fr * s);

    [x, y]

    Left to right:

    t = time;

    en = t/thisComp.frameDuration;

    y = value [1];

    s = 4; Speed in pixels per image must be an integer

    x = value [1] - (fr * s);

    [x, y]

    If you wish to reverse the direction, you can add a sign less in the final table or apply the term of anchor instead of position. These expressions take the initial starting position of the layer as a starting point. Both are moving to 4 pixels per image. To start and stop the movement, the simplest method is to split the layer, add the expression, let the layer move, then divide the layer again and delete the expression. If you are handy with expressions, you can bind the movement to layer markers, and then just move the markers for start and stop, or even reverse the direction of a single layer.

    If you don't want to mess with all those unbreakable rules then jack up motion blur and uses a higher cadence with thicker lines and hidden defects. There are no other solutions.

  • Export of losing quality with Animation

    Hello. I have a cartoon I am animating premiered with files created in Photoshop. When I see premiere (preview), it is superb! But when I export H.264 HD 1080i 25 frames per second, I get some blurring when the characters are in motion. Any other cadence fate worse still, there are a lot of refreshing seen in the lines (as they are constantly jumping). Is there a setting that it exported exactly as the preview. I tried to watch my sequence and corresponding parameters to that, but it just doesn't work.

    Thank you very much for your help!

    Thank you for your answer! I unfortunately haven't AE. I actually thought about it. I exported using the setting from Vimeo, and it is great! Thank you once again!

  • Help with Slow Motion?

    After Effects CS6 (11.0.4) Windows 8

    I'm trying to slow movement my whole clip at the same speed, beginning to end. Difficulties.

    (1) time > time-remapping

    I do keyframes, but if they are spread too far (to encompass the entire clip) it's ultra-slo motion. If you collect the keyframes more closely, it is only slowed down for the part of the element that lies between keyframes.

    (2) BCC optical flow (Boris FX10)

    I found beautiful, slowed down as I wanted to, but the clip remained as long as he started, which was 03:24... so it's only about at half way through the animation when it cuts.

    Thanks for your suggestions or help.

    Time-remapping is very easy to use if you follow these steps.

    1. Make sure that your publication is long enough to include slow down music video - to slow down the video means that your composition must be longer than the clip
    2. Activate the time remapping
    3. The created keyframes represent the time of origin of the clip. There is a keyframe at the beginning and at the end. If you want the end of the clip to be later then move it to the right and the clip will slow down
    4. Here's the important part - the out point of the layer, which is the end of the visible output does not change when you move the keyframe to the right end. You must move the out point.

    Understand the times is not easy for most people. It may be hard to visualize what is happening. When you slow down video you do not change the number of original images, you just spend more time in each image. For example, if you have a video that is 100 images for a long time and you enable the time-remapping, expand your membership to 200 images, make it the point of the video to the 200 framework output your video will play normally from frame 0 to frame 100 and then image 100 repeat up to frame 200. If you now move the last time remap keyframe to frame 200 frame 0 to frame 1 of the scenario will be 0 image in the video. Each framework will play twice. Expand the membership of 1000 frames, adjust the output point to frame the 1000 and move the last time remap keyframe at frame 1000 and each image will play 10 times. Framing between 0 and 9 1 of the original frame, frame 10 to 19 will be frame 2 of the original video. This means that the video will play slowly, but the action, things moving in the frame will appear not smooth. You won't reach slowed extreme softness.

    There are 3rd party plugins that can do an amazing job of calculating middle managers in this scenario, and if it is properly set up do a good job of making a smooth transition between one frame and the frame of two of the original video. Interpolation will create any kind of a blend between frames and it helps a lot in certain situations, but a plug-in like Twixtor will create a better job. Temporal AE plug-in also will do a good job with certain types of images. The quality of the images slowed down that you can generate images in a 'Normal' (24-30 fps) speed entirely software and what is happening in the framework. If you want to create images of very high quality slowed down the original film must be turned to a higher rate. FPS 60 (or 59.97) is a good start, but really good slow motion footage begins with an original camera turned at 90 or more fps. This requires a special camera with special abilities.

    I hope this helps. There is a lot of information on available idle Imaging by typing simply 'time remap' or 'slow motion' in the search field After Effects help at the top right of the image of the application. This is probably the most under function used in After Effects. I have been using AE since it was invented and a living teacher AE and producing products and I admit it to do a search in this area at least once a week to see if there are new items on the features I want to use.

    Adobe - search: slow % 20motion. There is a ton of information here. Read up.

    If you want to animate text, particularly on the scale, then you want to place the textfield inside an object which can be resized (textfields generally do not fit as expected).  The text must be dynamic, you need to incorporate the police into the textfield if the text it contains will disappear because of the animation (s).

  • Collage with Animation

    I paste a small piece of information on my screen capture and merging then in the background. If my screenshot includes animation I can't paste. While the dough appears in the timeline that I can't put on my screen. Help!

    Hi Cindy and welcome in our community

    So you're not saying that the dough does not work, you say that you simply have a problem after pasting, just the location?

    Assuming that you are referring to a slide with a clip of full motion on this subject (you can tell this by looking at the slide in the film-it will have a picture of a video camera superimposed in the lower right area of the image of the slide), you should know that most of the time, when you paste a picture on the slide from the Clipboard the object is inserted in the exact Center of the slide. (unless, of course, you first copied the image to another slide - if you have done this must paste the image into the exact position, she was on the slide you copied from)

    On slides with full animation clips screen, the image seems to be pasted into the upper left corner of the slide. So see if you can find it in this area.

    Hope this helps a little... Rick
