  I work in the film industry and we are looking to use Adobe Reader to create sheets of digital camera report that will connect the crucial information for the editors/vfx production on a highly publicized movie shooting this year. Usually this is done with sheets of paper carbon-copied, but a new trend is to make digitally in order to facilitate life for everyone.

  One of the things as facts easily on paper is the selected circle takes so the laboratory handling film knows how to treat film: this can save a lot of time and money. Shooting digitally the same thing applies, transcode only you some takes, and it makes it easier for everyone.

  My problem with design sheets is implementing in a pdf editable using popular software, the most popular of them are Adobe Acrobat. A numeric value that represents a number to take will be in a column in the pdf file, and I need a way of circling this value to basically a click of a button or similar. Is this possible to do with Acrobat?

  One of the other things it is easy to do on paper is to draw a distinct line when a roll of camera/memory card is changed, if there is a way to make a line in a table "BOLD" again, the click of a button, which would be extremely useful!

  Hello, I made a website for a client, now she wants change and had a model of a friend a few pages in photoshop what she wants. He sent me to the psd and jpeg formats. My question is: are there at - it an easy way to put one of these formats in muse, or do I have to recreate the changes of muse? I read on the slices in photoshop, but I'm not very good at photoshop in the first place, so I'm not sure it would be an easy fix for me. I thought of simply placing the jpeg in muse, but that would be not very searchable and probably not a good practice. Before I tell him, there is no easy way and quick to implement his changes, I thought I would ask the experts if there is, in fact a quick and easy way to do it.

  You need to install fonts in windows. go to control panel, folder select fonts. Click on file and install a new font. Then navigate to the folder where you have the fonts must be installed. After this open Photo shop and you should see the new fonts.

  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   I don't think so.  Muse is not an HTML editor.  You can have the best chance to create a new page in Muse and then copy and paste text from your page of DW in your page of Muse.  Either way, if you decide to use the Muse, you should plan on used during the life of your site.  You cannot switch back & forth between Muse and other HTML editors.

  Then you will need to install a local server and use live view.  It is not that DW is not making it or is not endearing, it's this Muse has decided to use the treatment side server to include who is authorized to practice CMS when you combine the style sheets for better caching, but it is not really ideal for a single style sheet.  It is a shortcoming of the Muse and one of the reasons why many professionals will return the product at present.  That and you can't actually buy Muse, so unless you are on a subscription you haven't.  It seeks to fill a void for those who do not want to invest in professional design like Fireworks, Photoshop or Dreamweaver tools, but want a cross between them to make drawings.  If you have invested in the right subscription and want a better way to make models I highly recommend this coding yourself and using Fireworks or Photoshop to make the layout for you.  There is an excellent tutorial on the devnet (3 pieces) to show you how its done ( http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/dw_fw_css_pt1.html ).  Once you start using Fireworks or Photoshop, you'll realize how limited Muse is in the design.

  Please note that Firefox has a built-in editor called Notepad (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) as part of the developer of the tools that you can use to edit files, including HTML files.

  My process of working with Muse is generally: first copy the folder of the whole project (Synology) NAS - on my desktop and then open the project.muse file. When I finished my work, all the way autour-sometimes, I forgot, not 20 more ;-).

  But: sometimes I want to just correct a very little thing that takes a few seconds of work.

  For this reason, and to sometimes work with macbook out of office, I just want to know:

  It is advisable to work with Muse directly from (NAS) file server? All data maintained there and only doubleclick the Musefle?

  So I'm already working with InDesign for years - also to avoid duplication.

  Not sure if it's a good idea with Muse too.

  It is always better to work on a file from local disk Muse. If your current workflow is correct.

  If you try to open the file of the Muse of SIN and to work with it directly, you run the risk of ending up with a corrupted file, if there is no blip in communication networks during the recording of the file.

  So to get the file locally before working, gives you a sure-fire way to work with the Muse project. Moreover, or even not at all your local file is corrupted in the course except for some strange reason, you can always get the latest version from the server registered.

• Return of the mistake of MUSE: why do we not have several files with the same name?

  Well - I thought I had all this worked and fixed, but I met the download error 'Why do we have several files with the same name' once again.  (I downloaded all the files several times today in order to 1) works the way it worked the last time and 2) get an OAM file that is not loading for some reason any load again and the download takes about an hour to transfer all the files manually.

  To recap:

  (1) an option "Upload only modified files" returns the 'Muse has encountered an error and closes.  Why do we have several files with the same name? "error just as before.

  (2) a full download will work but takes forever and is NOT a substitution for work changed files option.

  Please advise with possible solutions!

  Is it possible to have two .oam different files in different folders on your computer where the .oam files have the same name? I'm theorizing that there may be a bug in the treatment to ensure the folder created for a .oam placed on the server receives a unique name, particularly in the case of a partial update of the site on the server.

  Please send us the .muse file and all the files in .oam related to [email protected] along with a link to this topic for the context so we can attempt to reproduce this error and isolate the root cause. If files are larger than 20 MB, you'll need to use a service such as Adobe send & Track, Dropbox, creative cloud, WeTransfer, etc. file sharing. Thank you.
