  Looks like that you actually remove the strip of copper flex of the cartridge. Remove more of the band with blue or pink tab is not covered by the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to purchase a new cartridge to complete the setup of the printer. Take a picture of the cartridge and then attach it to this post.

  Acrobat/Reader for iOS shows different color options according to one type of device: the color scheme with 10 colors for iPad and context menu with 3 colors for iPhone.  This has not changed in recent years.

  Older IPhones had limited the screen real estate. Now that the new iPhone screen resolutions (iPhone 6, iPhone 6 more) are much higher, it would be wise to have the same or similar color options for iPhones as well.

  It seems that the generic drivers provided by Microsoft for your Bluetooth device are the cause of the problem. That is why, even if you have uninstalled them before restarting your PC, they have been re-installed again.
