  It is not recommended to have multiple Antivirus or firewall installed at the same time because they can cause conflicts as PaulAuckNZ said.   Disk Manager is a component that manages the folder file and the source file. Too many folders can sometimes be erased using the file / save and Compact because records that has been used and then discarded are not removed from the file with each record. He used to do this but saved was too slow so disk manager has been changed so that it only saved changes and Save and Compact has been added.

  If save and compact it fixes so you can watch the number and size of the media internalized. The media will be broken into pieces, and each piece will seize a record. So if you have very large files that are internalised you can save some recordings using this external media. If outsource you some media you should save and compact since the records used by the media where it was made in-House will not free up the save and compact is made.

• Now that my full FCP project, I burned a dvd and everything is fine but I want to download the .mov on YouTube, but cannot determine WHICH of the largest number is the one to download.  Too many files are named "Untitled" and I can't find a post of .mov

  Now that my project from FCP 5 minutes video clip is over, even if I am a complete and total novice to the iMac, I nevertheless managed burned a DVD via the file > share the menu option and everything went well, but now I want to download the .mov on YouTube, but is unable to determine to WHICH many files created in this project is the one to download!  It seems that many files are named "Untitled" and I do not seem to know how to find ONE with a .mov extension.

  At the top left of my screen of the FCP is the list of "Libraries" that after that I developed all the arrows to point down looks like this:

Age.mov' or somethjng like that for me to download on YouTube, but I can't find THE .mov files.  Maybe I don't know how to market the Finder option to display filenames WITH extensions?

  If you did burn a DVD, then you did burn a DVD, you export any file can be used.  Share > main folder > Audio + video and download that ProRes file resulting.  Or use the built-in YouTube option to upload directly to YouTube.

  You don't "close" anything in the part of the timeline, it is useless.  You would simply open a new project or other media type of container, in the part of the timeline.

  My laptop is pretty close to yours, it's a Toshiba Satellite L755, 4 GB RAM with Windows 7 64 bit.  It is not the number of jobs that it's the applications that are load at boot time.  Include Office, Quicken, MS Works, etc.  What you can do without having to pay for it is to run MSCONFIG and eliminate this problem.  Here's how.  Hold down the Windows key and press on R.  Then type in msconfig and click OK.  Click the STARTUP tab.  From there, you can uncheck everything except your antivirus software.  Which will release little RAM and speed up your computer IF you have the problem.

  I am facing a problem where the contents of the directories which exceed a certain number of files (I'm not sure of the exact limit) may not display. I tired to view through the Finder on OSX files, through the web and even on the iOS app browser interface. The directories contain a large number of image (jpeg and png, for the most part) files. Directories with fewer files seem to open and display correctly, even when they have similar content (image, in this case files).

  I'm running a configuration using X-RAID with 3TO discs in each of four bays.

  I can tell you information that is not quite correct. So let me correct myself. The issue you described a 247402 really known problem that has been fixed in CVI 2010. You can read about it in the CVI 2009 known issues list. The question that I linked above is actually a separate, but similar, the description and the question could have a little misleading. I'll fix this formulation, but keep in mind that this has been corrected in fact 2010 SP1. I advise to use CVI 2010 SP1 Run - Time Engine to have trouble for two bugs.

  I have thousands of files I need to travel from time to time for specific identification numbers.  The numbers are in the format "00-00-00 '.  When I do a search for content of file using Windows Explorer, I continue to receive files with even part of the search string.  I went into the folder options and not them 'find partial matches' and ' language search natural use "options, but I always get a hundred of files returned, do the wasted effort.  I tried to enter the string search with and without quotes, but it seems to make no difference.  My question is 1) is there something special I have to do because the research focuses on numbers and 2) so I have a result of unacceptable research, so I have to delete the Index or something to not keep the same result?

  Try this special syntax:

  Use the name: ~ = "00-00-00' if it's parts of file names that you are looking.

  • Editing a server if you are on a shared server.
  • Updated to an SSD on your server, if it does not already have one.
  • Look at using a cdn network.
  • Increase the size of your cache server, (if possible).
  • Going back to the old file structure.
