  I had a problem with the rotation of the screen under macOS Sierra function. As the screen rotates, there is an error that pop up and later that I'm unable to get into system-> Display Preferences. It is for me a "mistake preferably: County not load display preferences" message and I was unable to rotate the screen back. I started from the system in safe mode and temporarily solved the problem. But if I want to rotate the screen again, it pops up the same error again. I was using the rotation function pretty well in OS X El Capitan. But since I updated to macOS Sierra, I had this problem.

  I wanted to know if there is a lasting solution to this problem.

  I'm using macOS Sierra on MacBook (13-inch, early 2015) Air with processor 1.6 Ghz Intel Core i5 and 8 GB memory DDR3 at 1600 MHz with 128 GB of storage.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I see that since upgrading to Mac OS Sierra problems of screen rotation. The preferences window does not. I know how it is important for your Mac to work reliably. I'll be more than happy to help.

  Great job to test mode without failure. In Safe Mode disables most of the third-party services, it could be a compatibility problem with an application that you have. Check out this article:

  You can not hold account that the title suggests it's to El Capitan. It applies to macOS Sierra as well.

• VBAI Image by 90 degrees for display rotation

  VBAI we want to quickly turn an image 90 degrees strictly for exhibition purposes.

  It is an image that is acquired from a GigE Vision camera.

  It seems the only option of rotation in VBAI is the Vision Gometry Wizard tool, which unfortunately does not update the horizontal and vertical image size, clipping out of the segment on the right of the image.

  Is there an another, better way to rotate an image 90 degrees such as the width becomes height and height becomes the width of the new image?

  Yes, you can view layers and doesn't blindly!

  Select the Advanced Mode to display all controls.

  

  Then, when the controls are all showing:

  Check / check Show backdrop.

  Use: All the layers (or select a layer)

  Mode: behind.

  

  Does it work?

  Pro Tip: make a smart object out of the layer before applying the filter, so it can be changed if you change your mind tomorrow, or next week or in five minutes.

• Tool crop rotation not as good as the tool sets

  I like the features built into the crop since CS6 tool, but I have a major problem that I can't find any comment or resolution on. Basically, if I flip an image using the crop tool, I find horizontal and vertical tend to be jagged, as if the anti-aliasing very rough had been applied.

  If I flip the same image using the ruler tool, vertical and horizontal lines appear smooth and correct. They appear in fact straight, not serrated.

  The result is that I have to leave the crop tool, jump into the ruler tool, make my rotation (which almost always brings a vertical or horizontal return to true), and then return to the crop tool.

  No one knows why this happens?  She appeared in CS6, and now I use CC it's all the same.  Is there a fix, I do something wrong?

  Yes, the rule, just tool rotates the image and does not give you an overview as the crop tool.  Until graphics cards become even more robust, the PS will have to create an image of low resolution for a quick overview.  There are many tools in PS that, like the transformation.  It would be nice to intensive process to give feedback in real time with these tools.

• No tools displayed in the options bar?

  I just downloaded the demo for the Master Collection and started playing in first Pro CS5.5.  While the rest of the video tutorials that they make use of the toolbar... but for some reason, my installation does not show this...  Does anyone else has had a problem with the toolbar does not display?  I can see the options bar with selection of the workspace and the CS Live but no tools buttons are displayed on the left side.  I tried to restart, resetting different workspaces, launch with CTRL-ALT-INS so but it still fails to display the toolbar:

  By default, the tool palette is bottom right of the workspace in the workspace to review, by the timeline. You can put it anywhere you want, but you probably want it down through the timeline. He saw there means less mouse movement, since this is where you use the tools for the most part.

• BUG: Selection of the marquee selection tool displays 1 pixel off

  I also use the regular rectangular selection rectangle for cutting precision of the rectangular portions of an image... I use it with a normal size and fixed and experience this BUG every time:

  The 'dotted line' displayed box that shows the selection, is offset by 1 pixel to the right and 1 pixel down.

  This bug is really irritating because it makes the precision of rectangular selection and harvesting difficult. Please correct in CS4, CS5 not! I paid a lot of money for the Studio! CS4 has been for a long time now, and there has not been a lot of updates!

  Your laptop uses Intel graphics card and pressing the combination of some keys you could rotate the screen to another position.

  As I m not wrong no you can use this key combination
  Turn to normal-> press CTRL + ALT + TOP of the buttons
  90 degree rotation->, press CTRL + ALT + LEFT.

  and so on.

• Messaging displays fake drawing

  I have a Sony Xperia Rogers Z3 and I use the application provided by Sony.

  The mail app worked correctly until I had to send the phone in for service about two months ago. When the phone is back, I used the Sony desktop application to restore my data. After that, whenever I get a picture by SMS and I press the image to open it, the wrong image appears. For example, I got a photo of a friend today. When I click on it, an old picture of my camera is displayed. I tried to clear the cache of the messaging application, disable, restart the phone and then reactivating the messaging application. Nothing works.

  Other applications to send SMS on my phone (Messenger, by Google, for example) are working properly. The problem is related to the Sony email application. And my phone working properly otherwise: it's the only issue.

  Does anyone have a suggestion as to how this can be resolved?

  Settings > apps > all > album > clear data > reboots the phone > check again.
