Tool text Photoshop elements 14 crash
I have windows 10 PC and Photoshop elements 14. When I open an image in the editor, everything works fine until I select the text tool. Then the program freezes and does not answer any more. The only way to proceed is to go to the windows Task Manager, select the Photoshop elements and then complete the task. When reopened, the series of items normally up to select the text tool again when the program crashes again.
What should do?
A simple reset will often do the trick. Select another tool and choose to reset all tools. Go to this link:

Photoshop Elements 8 crashes when you try to start the Organizer. It is funny, from the editor of Photoshop is not a problem and works fine.
I uninstalled the software and then installed again, but had no effect.
What can I do?

Hold down the shift Organizer launch wjilst, and then click to create a new catalog, for example My Catalog2
If the empty catalog open try to import multiple JPEG files and this will help to determine whether the original catalogue is defective.

Are still the basic editing tools in Photoshop Elements 13?
I have Photoshop Elements 8, I used a long time on my Windows 7 desktop. I just bought a laptop Windows 8 and was able to load 8 items on that. But, I notice some wobbly editing quirks, so I'm getting ready to buy the latest product which is no longer compatible with Windows 8.
In everything I read everything that is of 13 elements, I do not see the basics (cropping, cloning, text boxes, resizing, improve color or lighting, etc.). Yet these basic tools in Photoshop and they still use symbols familiar tool is easy to use?
Thank you!
Either way, your best bet is just to download the trial version and see for yourself if you think is as easy as PSE 8 PSE 13.

Photoshop elements editor crashes on startup
Past wire installation forum.
I'm having a problem with a fresh install of photoshop elements 10. It turns out that now I have a problem with elements 9 as well. I tried elements 9 in September and it worked very well. I revieved elements 10 as a gift and tried to install it and got the following error message. I went back and tried to re - run test of items 9 and I am now getting the same error on 9.
Here is the error I get. After the launch of the editor, either from the home screen or directly from
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Photoshop elements 10\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
I get the following text will appear. As you can see that the editor will start, but little time after it starts, I get the pop-up window.
I'm running on Windows 7 (Pro) 64-bit. My video cards are an AMD Radeon HD 6770 and an integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 with a version of 8.920.0 driver, date dated 09/11/2011

As I mentioned above, items 9 test had been working well. I did several updates to my system. I can't be sure of the timeline of 100%, but I think that most were made at the time that I was testing the items 9 and did not affect items 9.
I'm pretty sure that there were a number of updates that have been made after my last clean run of items 9 and before that I installed 10 elements, namely windows 7 sp1 and various updates, but I managed to install the trial version on a laptop computer with the same operating system and the same updates.
I think I solved this problem. I doubt, it is a very common problem, but I'll post details in case it can help someone else.
I tried a lot of things among those who have been
- suggestion of photodrawken above
- stop almost all but the basic processes
- boot in diagnostic mode
None helped.
I tended to think it was related video somehow. As you can see from my original post that I have 2 video 'maps' one is integrated into the motherboard (ATI HD 4200), the other is a map of pci-e AMD/ATI HD 6770 discreet. I use these 2 cards for 4 monitors. I decided to try several experiments.
- rolled back the driver to an older driver (April 2011 - not sure of the version) - in fact, it "seemed" to work (a bit) and was my first clue that I was on the right track. As I said, it "seemed" to work, however, after a reboot, the problem was back
- update the driver through the automated search also basically had the same result - it 'seemed' to work, but the problem was back again after a reboot
- deactivation of card HD 6770 in Device Manager also seemed to work. and when I re-enabled it the problem returns.
- deactivation of the integrated HD 4200 has seemed to work so However in contrast to the reactivation of the HD 6770, the problem has not re - turn when I reactivated the HD 4200 My view of this was that, if the HD4200 was the last to be initialized, then I was OK.
I was almost going to use this as a workaround, but I remembered that I had messed with some bios setting just before I replace my discreet previous card (series HD 3200) with the HD 6770. In order to convince me that I "needed" a new 3D map, I am tired of my old configuration running in what was supposed to be the optimal configuration for Hybrid CrossFire ATIs configuration, which was to set the bios to initialze onboard first video and I think that disable "surround the view."
When I went back into the bios and set up such as discreet card initialized first and re-activated "surround view" (with it the HD 4200 integrated does not seem to start at all), which seems to fix the problem.
So, as I said it is probably a rare problem, but if someone has multiple video cards and knows crashes at the start of the photoshop elements Editor, you should try making sure that your discreet card starts first, and your integrated card last. The last piece of the puzzle, it's that I had run like this (pci-e card starts first, surround mode enabled) when I was testing photoshop elements 9.
I hope this will help someone else with the same question.

Photoshop Elements 6 crashes?
I can open Photoshop Elements 6, but when I try to open a file, the program crashes. I recently downloaded pictures instead of iPhoto on my mac. Please give me advice on what I can do to use the program.
Program opens... Then I can close the Welcome window.
Then I try to open a file and it hangs
I think it is a bug in os x associated with mac os x 10.10.3
Elements of 6 - MacOS 10.10.3 hangs in the OS open dialog box
Anyway, you can drag the picture icon PES 6 in the dock to open or use Adobe Bridge to open your photos in PSE 6.
Some people have also had success in changing the mode icons Finder
You can also Cmd double click to open the folders in the icons view in the dialog open pse 6
A way to set the dialog box open icons is to go to file > process several files, click one of the Browse buttons, set the display of icons and cancellation on dialog boxes.
So I hope that when you go to file > Open, PES 6 will not crash.

with a single monitor.
For fun, I uninstalled the "3D video" and "PhysX" software that is
installed by default with the NVidia drivers. I'm not sure one of those
He could, but the app works very well now that they were abducted.
I appreciate the help!

Is the tool in Photoshop elements or Photoshop color balance right?
I'm doing diploma in digital photography and I need to use a tool called Color Balance that says my textbook is in Image > adjustments > Color Balance. I can't find it. Is it in Photoshop elements 8 or it isn't altogether?
function() {return A.apply (null, [this] .concat ($A (arguments)))}

Is that what you're looking for?
It's a free plug-in, found in:

Before organizing crash was attempting to import photos.
I tried the existing threads, but none seems not to work.
Hope you can help.
Mac.
Hi mac
If you have experienced a system failure, you've probably lost the database unless you have kept regular backups.
Try to make a new catalog.
When you see the home screen hold down the keys Ctrl + Alt + Shift
Click the organize everything by continuing to press these three keys.
Release the keys when you see the Catalog Manager dialog box then click on new.
