  I got my tool with a bunch of important sites registered. I cannot locate, but do not know that it is there when I went to bed a few hours ago. But wonder if it's because my foxfire continues to become a message indicating that it is unplugged. Very frustrating to say the least

  Sorry, that's the toolbar. I checked what was suggested and see if it works or not especially with the plug ins. Uninstalling and reinstalling have not well and it's something I normally isn't unless instructed to the contrary but was driven insane. So I've got also the toolbar on the side with all my info stored on it as I had found by chance by yesterday but still no idea why he disappeared. Thanks for your comments as it was very helpful.

  Follow these steps and check if that helps.

  (a) right click on the Start button. Select Properties.

  (b) go to the tab Notification area.

  (c) select the volume.

  If the problem is only with the sound/volume missing from the system tray icon, then you can follow the steps mentioned below and find the volume icon in the system tray.

  To redisplay your volume icon in the taskbar

  (a) click Start.

  (b) in the search line type TASKBAR and STARTMENU

  (c) of the list of programs select bar TASKS and STARTMENU

  (d) select the tab area of Notification and under the system icons section, place a check next to VOLUME

  (e) click apply and then click OK

  It should be visible in the toolbar again.

  Please let us know if that fixes the problem or if assistance is needed.

  With the latest update of firefox (38.0.5) I take away the new features that I would never use the button 'save for later '. Then the notification popped up in the navigation bar for the new feature 'in player mode', which is another thing that I'll never use. I right click it and chose "remove from toolbar". This action removed my address bar. My navigation bar is still there, but the address bar to enter a URL has disappeared. It's just my research and my download bar and buttons of AdBlock. Usually, I have my bar address/URL/navigation to the left of the search bar with the navigation arrows. When I go to customize I can't find the address bar. I have a particular look, I prefer and would not have to go through the restoration of values by default if I have to. Maybe I'm just missing something stupid obvious and I just need someone to point out. Thank you!

  To get the rear speaker icon, follow these steps:

  Open Windows Explorer then > tools > file display Options > make sure that show hidden files and folders is checked > apply > OK.

  Then navigate to the following folder, which should now appear:

  c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

  Locate the sndvol32.exe and copy it into c:\windows\system32, overwrite if asked.

  Restart and you should now have to least your mixer back (your icon can be placed in the taskbar).

  The sound works now? If this isn't the case, re - install your audio drivers a download from the website of the manufacturer of your computer/PC laptop, or one of the CD that came with your device.

  You should be able to click on the menu icon, then click on customize, then drag the fireftp from the list of buttons button whenever you want.

  I had a few problems with buttons does not appear does not after installing addons recently, however. If this is the case, you can directly type chrome://content/fireftp/fireftp.xul in the address bar to access the interface of fireftp.
