Tools in Indesign CC 2015 DPS

I have install indesign cc 2015 and uninstall 2014. Now, I can not use my tools DPS. Is it possible to get installed indesign 2014? How can I get is through the creative clouds?

    One thing about the upgrade, a lot of comfort out the window and must be re-learned... I've just updated to 2015.4 CC and one of the main problems is I'm not able to see the tool window, which contains the arrow tool, text tool, etc., that I usually on the left side of the screen. I've been in the menus, the view is normal, the windows menu shows the choice of tools checked. I turned on and off but am now banded from despair. I wonder if anyone here knows a solution to this or why the tools would not show. the type and the other floating windows displayed, but not the tools... I need help...

    What is a double configuration monitor you are currently using?

    Please, try to change the workspace of the workspace tab to the upper right corner and see if the toolbar appears in other areas of work.

    I have a new MacBook Pro 15 "with all of the memory/speed I need to work on folios. I am developing several folios.

    Downloads fail in case of success or not, do not load the Folio Builder I'm use to.

    DPS is not supported in InDesign CC 2015. You will need to install InDesign 2014 CC-by-side to use DPS tools, that you have used. See download and install Adobe Creative cloud applications to learn how to install the previous version of InDesign.

    Digital Publishing Solution (aka DPS 2015) is supported in InDesign CC 2015.

    2015 inDesign only supports DPS 2015, not the earlier version of the DPS. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6. You can run multiple versions of InDesign on the same machine.

    I'm under CC15 build 11.2.0.99. I created a document I want to export to an article, but when I go to file > export... and select the DPS item, InDesign will crash every time.     If you use InDesign CC 2015, you must install the tools in the beta for the new product of Digital Publishing Solution. If you want to use the Digital Publishing Suite product previous, you must use an earlier version of InDesign.

    Since InDesign CS1, I'm used to be able to import levels of grayscale or bitmap graphics, and then select the color in InDesign.

    I just had to choose the "Direct Selection" tool, click on the graphic and select another color.

    This is a bug with InDesign CC 2015.4.
    To set the end of August.

    So far, you could always leave the preview overlay mode on.
    So the bug is not visible.

    Not only the Adobe Creative Cloud application. We need to uninstall and reinstall cloud creative app alone.

    Follow the procedure below:

  • Make multiple columns while placing text in InDesign CC 2015

    I used to be able to drag all by placing a text file and press the right arrow key before releasing the mouse to create multiple columns within a text. Which seems more to work in InDesign CC 2015.

    Is this a bug or Adobe changed the way it works?

    I just tested in CC 2015 and CS6.

    What works is when you slide on a block of empty text with the text tool, by pressing the right arrow key divides the image into two columns. (This works also when creating other images).

    In both versions of InDesign, when you place a text file or Word, this shortcut does not work.

    We must therefore create first part of two columns of text, then place the text in the frame.

    The look & feel for the app is handled through cards & Layouts - and those who are not separated by the platform.

    The look and feel of an article is managed either through the HTML code to the download package as you or pixelated design of InDesign - but these are not separated by the platform.

    Hi Emily,.

    It depends on how you want to manage the existing application in the store. If you want to replace your existing application and then use the folio in 2015 of DPS migration tool to migrate all your old content on, create a new application and submit this new app in the store to replace your old. Your readers will get the new DPS 2015 experience but will still be able to access the content of the former (now as collections migrate 2015 DPS, rather than slips in the old APP). This option is available for iOS to launch and will work with Android and Windows shortly after.

    (2) there are no library more. Instead, the reader sees browse pages and maps. You can decide on the structure of your application by using browse pages and maps. If you want a simple view of what you have as folios, you just build a collection that has your old numbers in there and make a page/card layout you like to display.

    (3) analytical systems are separated. The new application will be a new instance of analytics and will not have the data of your legacy in application.
