• detach the Master page elements results in duplicate

  Hello

  People in my office are calmly a new problem with some documents - if we want to edit a Master Page to a page item, we do our usual command-shift-click to remove the issue of the master. In the past, this would result in the element becomes editable. But now when we command-shift-click, InDesign creates a copy of this issue, that it sticks on top of the Master Page element. There seems to be no way to change or get rid of the issue of the Master Page.

  I tried different possibilities in the Pages menu, for example, by selecting the page in question and "unpin all objects of the master". No help there.

  Is the damaged document or have I missed something?

  I managed to do it myself, maybe I Specifies not or posed the question correctly; I've done the following:

  You can follow the procedure as described below:

  Look at the top of the XP Mode virtual machine.

  1. in the menu bar is a Tools menu. Select it and you will see a menu. Select settings... to open the Settings dialog box.

  2. in the Settings dialog box, select the box to the integration features.

  3. on the right side of the Parameters dialog box, check the boxes under sharing devices and resources. The last category of devices that may be shared between the XP mode virtual machine and the physical Windows 7 machine is readers.

  4. If the disk on the machine virtual Windows 7 that you want to copy and is not verified , you must check it out.

  When the configuration of the integration features is set to share the drives, use Windows Explorer in the virtual machine XP Mode to make copies of your files. This feature is to do exactly what you want to do.

  • This means that my page template is a type of master/detail with a classic/region report selector in the master detail region. The classic report is set to not show in the region selector.

  Under it, I have several regions, each game to be included in the region selector.

  UPDATE: My first region on the page has several components display only in it. If I do not show this region then the problem of scrolling stops.

  My problem is when I insert in the page that the page is automatically past the master section, scroll up to the region selector. However I can scroll to top knowledge my master.

  Anyone have an idea what might cause this behavior?

  The Cursor Focus of page property is set to the first item on the page? If so, change it to don't focus cursor.

  I have a field of text at the top of my master page object. When the user selects from a drop-down list object, background color of the text box must change from white to green, yellow or red. I have created the script to the change event of the fall down and it works properly until a second page is created dynamically, as a result of text, the user added to other areas.   I had a similar problem and solved in this way:

  You must change the JavaScript code in this way, you change all cases on each masterpage, where the element is inherited.

  In you case the code would probably look like this:

  Layers. There is other content on top of your navigation. Even the transparent part of the other objects will block the mouse events to reach your NAV.

  At this point you probably just 'Layer 1' in the layers panel. Content on the layer 1 on the master page will always be behind the content on the layer 1 on the page to that master is applied.

  Create a 'layer 2' (which will be on top of the layer-1) and go to navigation. Now the navigation will be on top of the element on the layer 1 on your page and these elements will block are more mouse events to reach your NAV.

  We need to see a screenshot of the page master and a document page, but it seems to me that you put the page marker in a primary text block. I don't think it will work. Markers must be in an ordinary setting which does not thread with something else. You can put other static text in the frame with the marker, however, if you wish.

• Blocks of text on the Master Pages with CS3?

  I produce a catalog in CS3 on my Mac using OS Mavericks.

  I put in place of master pages with square 6 graphic blocks on each page. Each of them has a CAPTION below, in which I put up as a block of text. I clicked on "Apply Master pages", but when I go to the blocks of text pages are not displayed to the top. The only way I can enter captions on pages is by creating new blocks of text, 6 on each page, which is very tedious and time consuming. What I am doing wrong?

  Welll...

  As bob says it is not Quark where you can just click to type in a main frame, but you CAN Cmd + Shift + click to override the main chassis and type in it. You might be better off, however, with a framework prédimensionnée and style in a library that you can drag onto the page and position. My feeling on frameworks masters get substitution is that they probably shouldn't be on the master page at all.

  I did a short film with lots of audio tracks. The sum of them are with a peak at certain times, and I want to be able to reduce the dynamic range by applying a compressor or reducing the summits with a limiter on the main bus. How do I do that?

  In the track mixer, there is a triangle at the top left, if you click on that it opens the effects rack. On the master channel, click in one of the positions the effects, this should then give you the option to add the dynamics, eq, etc.. Once the effect is added, double-click it to open the setting Panel.

When I put my cursor on my pages, it tells me that I "Applied A-master".

  It looks like the upper part may be in a State reduced - the line was pulled up.

  Just of the cursor on the line that separates the upper and lower sections, and drag it to the bottom.

• Replacement of the Master Suite CS3 disks

  I have a problem and I really need help.

  I am due this year where I will study a Master in applied technology (rapid prototyping 3D) to become a student at the University. When I was studying for my bachelor's degree in Design of special effects in 2007, I bought a copy of the Adobe Master Suite CS3.

  The problem I have is the optical drive on my Mac does not and no longer accepts records (with the delete key for some reason any!) And Apple is now unable to facilitate any repairs because it is too old). At the same time, I had to change platforms to the PC because of course I am a student, but the discs I bought are mounted only Mac.

  I'll need Photoshop, After Effects and many other elements of the master in my master Suite because my class involves 3Ds Max with 3D image manipulation. Is it possible to receive the PC version of these original discs? I tried to download them on your website, but I have nothing but problems with it.

  I am a member of the Adobe community on your website which shows the date of my purchase of AMS C3 and I am happy to provide any other evidence of use and/or purchase if necessary, I am also happy to pay a small fee for additional disks if I need; However I just can't afford the full price I am trying to accumulate funds to pay my University fees...

  Your CS3 Mac software can not be exchanged for Windows. He's too old and platform of Exchange and upgrade of windows are closed for long.

  Your best bet now would be joining the Adobe Cloud at student rates.
