  I think I know the answer to that, but I hope I'm wrong. I have 9 Workstation on a Windows 7 laptop, and I wonder if it is possible to get my guest VM (Windows and non-Windows (if it matters)) to have access to my VPN connection when I am connected.   By default the anyconnect software won't allow all connections to the VPN tunnel. So once the connection is established you can not connect to the host on the local network more.

  If you do a 'route print' on the host before and after the VPN connection is established, you will find that the VPN connection has set the parameter WOG network for the lowest value which makes the default and sets a mask that blocks all other connections. You can remove the mask route to access the host on the local network, but you will not get a direct connection to the virtual machine VPN tunnel.

  You certainly can do it on the IP addresses, follow these steps in making a signature Atomic-ip looking for a tcp packet with only the SYN flag set on port 443 to the destination. You would then add a number of events for the number of connections you need. According to the site however this will flood the channel alarm with alerts, because traffic going out etc it will trigger. Of course, this can also be problematic with NAT.

  I don't know one of the guys ASA on these forums could give an answer better than me with regard to the configuration of the SAA.

  I understand they'RE a dynamic IP filtering or something that can be used to do this, although I've never configured myself.

  On your PC (you cannot do this on MAC):

  1) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (2) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (3) download and install to your PC, the BB OS package you want:

  • http://us.BlackBerry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

  (4) If this OS package comes from one carrier other carrier for which your BB was built, then remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
  • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

  (5) run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC. If, during the process, your BB votre BB a '507' error, simply unplug the power cord of the BB USB and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

  Do not forget to save.

  You can not have 2 vpn tunnels going to the same destination device.

  However, you can have card crypto with counterpart set going 2 ip addresses of peers.

  Example:

  map mymap 30 set peer 1.1.1.1 crypto 2.2.2.2

  By default, this limit is undefined, so slapd can handle up to the number max allowed for the slapd process file descriptor.

  My apologies if I seem ignorant and things must be explained clearly to me, but I am a Mac user on a Macbook Pro for the first time. Have installed Vmware Fusion, and am also running Windows XP. Whenever I have try and upgrade to the latest version of VMware fusion, I get an error saying "connection to the update server has been lost. How to fix this problem please? Subsequently I can't write any DVD on my Mac. Very frustrating.
