Toshiba for a reason, think that I bought a laptop
Hello my first post on this topic.
Last week, I bought a Toshiba Satellite P200 laptop PC series of PC WORLD and being a member with my last PC Toshiba laptop Toshiba decided to put the laptop in my profile details, everything was going well until I took the laptop to its normal EAWG 12 months...
Now Toshiba says they want to see my Bill? Although TOSHIBA, I bought my laptop from PC WORLD... ask them... I do not have the Bill of sale and why should I send it to you and why should I post it?
Why not send the invoice? and if it's the Toshiba uk service offer I might even take the laptop to the dealer... as that something must be wrong as I never had this kind of thing with my last 8 NOTEBOOKS from TOSHIBA... so Toshiba, if you can read this... me phone you have my contact information or send me an email that you also have my e-mail address because I was enrolled with Toshiba for years... so please get this sort... and any Member who can offer advice on this... GRAND...

I can understand that you are angry, but there must be an explanation why they need. In my opinion any kind of hysteria here on this forum will help at all.
Please note, this is user forum and no one here can help you.
Perhaps you misunderstood something. Make a call to the hotline and explain the situation. Be cool and talk with them like a normal person. I'm sure they will explain why they need, or they can check all data in the database.
Sorry, but I don't see the reason for this frustration. Everything can be clarified. Do you agree with me?

Glancing at the screen shot you posted, your looks of partition fine recovery (recovery (D).
Save your files on an external hard drive or flash drive (depending on how many you have).
Once that is done, disconnect all connected to your PC, but the AC adapter.
Start the PC and the HP welcome screen, press the F11 key to start the Recovery dialog box and follow the prompts.
It should take 15 to 30 minutes and your PC needs to be restored to its factory settings.
Then just reinstall all programs and files that does not come with the PC.
You will need the files or the installation of program diskettes. You cannot back up installed programs and reinstall them using a backup.

Installed Photoshop on 2nd computer - for some reason any that it says Trial Version!
Hi, I currently use Adobe CC on an iMac at work. Yesterday, I bought 10 Windows PC for use in the home, so I connected the Adobe Creative Cloud and donwloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud Manager, then installed Photoshop. But after he finished to install it says Trial Version! It automatically goes to the full application of Photoshop once the trial ends? Or something went wrong?

We have the AppleTV (4th Gen, 64 GB). Whenever we 'wake up' the AppleTV from sleep, we are unable to access all our content purchased until we start the system. We have never had this problem until a few weeks ago. All software is up-to-date and automatically update, internet is very good, and nothing has changed since we have implemented the AppleTV. Frustrating to not be able to access the content that we have already purchased without jumping through hoops.

Unfortunately, you will have to pay for the upgrade to Windows 7. The free upgrade to W7 end around March-April 2010.
The XP downgrade should come at the same time with the machine (IE an installation CD). May be a bit late now, but you can always contact HP to check.
