Toshiba virtual store - Site Maintenance

I have a journ.e touch, at least 4 days now I have been unable to get on the virtual store, it opens just like a browser saying 'Site Maintenance' and if you go to http://www.toshibavirtualstore.com/ on any device you will get the same message.

    a friend recently gave me his Toshiba Journ.E touch.
    She had already unpacked and on listening.

    I found what my personal account by pressing the "impressum" button down on the left...
    I already posted on the forum for a reset of the account. Another question... Does anyone know why my internet explore does not work? It doesn't even show the keyboard when I m by pressing the line adrees... thx :)

    Hello!

    I have a problem with the virtual store. I did probably all things with my Tablet I found on this forum. Update my soft, hard reset, soft reset. and I can not open the virtual store.

    When I opened VS I have a blank white page, and anything else. Wait 10 minutes, 20, 30 and nothing.
    The Internet connection is OK, because the Opera browser open Web sites. After soft update the VS ask me about upatedting VS I click Update and wait. After this tablet restarts and the problem is back.

    Help, please.
