    Tablet of my son is still under warranty - he ordered at the end of February of last year and was received in March - but now we'll have problems with it. More often than otherwise, if my son or I press the power button briefly, we get the Toshiba POST screen until the power turns off.

    We even left the tablet in a cradle of office when it turn, so the charge cable and tablet itself does not move between attempts - and sometimes it'll turn on leaving us after many attempts where nothing happened when we pressed the button.

    We swapped with known good cables, so we know that's not the issue.

    On the rare occasion, it stays energized long enough to go to the login screen it still can't do anything with him because the power turns off as soon as the CPU put under any load. Once Windows says that the battery was at 0%, but load. I left it for 15 minutes and it's always 0%. I then put to some Windows updates without disturbing the laptop or power cable and the power cut out less than a minute later. For obvious reasons, this excludes the ability to perform updates BIOS; We simply cannot risk of bricking it.

    So any ideas? Personally I prefer to exchange it for a laptop and pay the difference, but I'd settle for a warranty repair, if only I had a way of presenting that would send me an email back!

    I bought a Netbook NB - 300 108 Tosh a couple of weeks. For these last days I receive an error message when you start "Toshiba TEMPRO has stopped working", this also happens if I try to start Toshiba bulletin board of the icon.

    I think Toshiba TEMPRO isn't so important. This tool will inform you of updates (pilot) only and install them. This is not necessary if you are satisfied with your laptop and install Windows. For example, I removed Toshiba TEMPRO.

    But the relocation of it should work. Try to clean your registry using CCleaner.

    Upgrade means that you must upgrade the current system Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using the Microsoft upgrade procedure.

    I can say this: everything works in Win10 and 8.1 (with Bing) on this particular model, if YOU DON'T TOUCH THE MY TOSHIBA UPDATE, SAVE for THE BIOS UPDATES. Don't touch wireless and others. Install the drivers from there WIN 8.1 made disappear from my WIRELESS card and I had to go back to the factory settings. I disabled this shit after that and this is upgrade to Win10. Everything works well: WLAN, cameras, etc.

    I have Toshiba 32W1333DB, the backlight on the tv stopped working, if I shine a torch on the screen I can still see everything, after watching videos on this problem, that I could find was that it could be the backlight inverter.

    Can someone advise this has a TV, the TV works directly from the CPU, it is more than likely that the CPU has a defect, or is it possible that all LED bulbs have blown, any help or advice would be appreciated.

    These models use LED backlight, so there is no inverter integrated in the game. Probably something wrong with the LED or the power supply.
    Suggest that contact Toshiba customer service for further advice.

    What SW version running on the set? If the latest version of 7.1.92.61.01.1, don't you RESET the game after that network update was finished?
    If this is not the case, can you please try?

    Hi all, my first post and this is a problem.
    I have a 3 years 40RL953B Toshiba tv that is not responding more to the remote and the buttons on the side, it is stuck on HDMI 2 port and works well with deviced plugged which, but I have no control of volume or something else.
    I was wondering if replacing the main Board it would heal or there at - it another way?
    The closest Toshiba repair center is 45 miles away and I don't want to spend a fortune on a 3 yr old TV that does not have the quality of great pic of anyway, but still, I don't want to just Chuck... 4

    Hi all, I have a 40RL953B Toshiba 3 yr old 40 "Smart TV TNT HD, the problem is that he is stuck on HDMI 2 port and will not respond to the remote control or the buttons on the side. It does not work with something plugged into HDMI 2 but I have no volume control, it's ok when woking with a set-top box with no nut no good with the likes of a stick of fire from Amazon.

    -Recover without changing the hard drive partitions
    -Get a custom size partition

    What is the best option to select?
    I think that the custom would be best once I have composed my recovery discs after the complete series but want to be sure.

    I buy this model and operating system was in German (WIN XP), I reinstalled it on the English language, but I cannot find these options toshiba I got previous, as toshiba controls, power save etc... shortcut keys do not work either: browser, CD/DVD controls on the right side.     First of all, I would say that you install the latest drivers for the integrated webcam site of laptop manufacturers and are looking for the latest drivers for the installation of the webcam it restarts the computer and check if it works.
