I'm sorry, but that 'rare' mean in this sentence? If you are having problems with a charger and the phone, he came up with that is still under warranty, the unit would be under warranty. It will have to be reviewed by Apple, they make determinations. If you have purchased separately the charger, then it must be aged less than 1 year, and the review itself would apply. I hope that's what you're referring to.

  • Trade/switch iPhones

Hello! My mother and I desire to trade/switch iPhones. She has an iPhone 6, and I have a 6 +. She has never connected his phone to a computer/mac, and I wonder if it s possible to have two iPhones connected to a Mac. My plan was to connect to her iCloud to back up his phone, reset the phone to factory setting, do the same thing for my phone and then restore the two phones on the back upward. Is this possible? Someone at - it a more easy/better way to do this?

Who can work very well. You will also need to change SIM cards as well to be able to trade accounts. An iCloud or iTunes backup and restore will work.

  • Trade in my iPhone 6

I want to trade in my iPhone 6 for the SE when it comes out. Thought apple's site said that I could trade in my 6 for an SE.

    Hello.

Since her comes out, Apple may have not updated the trade part of the Web site. Also, the product has not officially passed to sell yet, then you may have to wait until March 24, when he does.

  • Is there a way to trade in my iPhone 16 6 s together for a gold iPhone 6s 64 gig

    Help

I'm not aware of anyone who would be willing to do this job.

However, you can exchange your phone and probably to pay extra to get the 64 GB.  Or you could sell your 16 GB and use the money to buy a 64 GB.

There are a lot of places accepting phones on trade.

  • IPhone out-of-warranty 6 damaged fluid replacement/trade-in

Hello. A store approved diagnostic Apple my iPhone 6 and due at the end of the warranty for phones damaged by liquid coverage, I was asked to "recover" my non-working phone as long as no third party store would open my unit. I was told that it costs 17 400 Php or 370,20. $, I'm not sure of the breakdown of prices, but it seems that half the current market value for the gold unit, 16 gb, even in color (went to the Mall today is $702,22). I checked the recycling program and re-use of Apple and I wonder if the "exchange value" who gave to me is this program OR is it something out of warranty replacement. Whatever it is, I want to know if I will get the same unit as new OR refurbished?

Out of warranty, replacements and the reuse of the Apple recycling program are two different things. Reuse and recycling program will give you just a gift card from Apple for trading in your old device. The amount given online is only an expected value, but they check it and give you a final value. With the water damage, the value will be much less.

The elimination of warranty replacements are given to nine units. They will not give you a new in a box. They will be in a brown box and have only the iPhone without any cables, headphones, etc. The price varies from one country to another for the replacement cost of the guarantee, but it is much cheaper than having to pay the total cost for a new brand.

  • Unable to backup iPhone for iMac

I try to do a backup on my account through my iMac iTunes, but get an error code.  'Failed attempt to copy the disk "MacIntosh HD".  An unknown error has occurred. -(54) ' I need to back up my phone to trade it for a new.»  I have updated my iPhone and iTunes and still no luck.  Any suggestions?

    54 is error - is

In a reference OS9, error-54 is a lock of software on a file or a permissions error. (Although there is no official list of OSX error code some old codes still apply to OS x.)

First of all, just try to restart your computer.

Try quitting iTunes, then removing the version .xml (not .itl!) the library in the iTunes folder file (iTunes will generate a new).

  • Apple Watch trade

There will be only a program of recovery for the Apple Watch just got mine for Christmas is not happy that there is a new one out I have steel stainless one.

you have 14 days to return a product apple because of dissatisfaction, after that apple has (currently unavailable for the watch), of recycling programs or you can resell your phone (again, not the watch at the moment), but they provide you with often much less than what you could sell outright.

  • Erase the iPhone 6, iOS 10 to negotiate?

I was in a hurry and do not pay attention to all the steps when I was preparing my phone to trade. I disabled the parameter "Find my iPhone" and then "erased all content and settings", then packaged upward and sent to Verizon. I didn't sign icloud first.

My question is, I'm having a problem?

No, if you have disabled find my iPhone. You can check it out by going to iCloud.com on a computer, open find my iPhone and see if your device is still on display. This it is, and it is connected to Wifi, you can select it and delete it again. It will ask you your password ID Apple/iCloud, and which will disable and erase the device. If you remove an instrument - this means that find my iPhone has been disabled. I wouldn't remove the device at this point.

Once you are sure that Verizon is to have no problem with your device, you can then remove it from your iCloud account. But better not to do it until you get the all clear on their part. Easier to solve the problem if you are always bound...

    See you soon,.

  • iPhone update so that the program agreement

    Hey,.

I am under contract with Verizon for another year.  But I discovered that I can get the Apple upgrade program, even though I'm still under contract.  It will change my rates on my Verizon contract? And once I get my new iPhone, I'll be able to do what I want with the iPhone, I have now?

Yes, you can get a phone from Apple upgrade program.

Remember, a citizen Bank of Apple and Verizon contract are 2 different programs.

When you start the program to upgrade for the first time you don't need to trade in your phone.

If you get approved (pull hard credit) of a citizen, then you will have to pay the Bank every month for the new phone.

Once you pay off your new phone, you can do what you want - even with your Verizon phone.

You still have a contract with Verizon that you pay on your old phone in order to maintain.

Your rate will not change because you are always with Verizon.

You will have 2 monthly payments - a Verizon contract for service and the old phone and a second for a single payment of the citizen of the new phone.

  • iPhone more than 7

    Hi Apple,

I bought the iphone 6 s Plus 64 GB it there a few months, the loan of apple citizens we. Already, I have paid 13 installments. I just sign up for the program. I signed no upgrade program, when I bought this phone.

I want to spend my 6s phone more than 64 GB Iphone 7 Plus 128 GB. Please help me. What should I do?

    Thank you.

Your phone is not on the iPhone (IUP) update program which means that you can not get to trade in your 6 sec for a 7.

The only way to do is to continue to pay the outstanding loan to satisfy the agreement with the Bank of the citizen.

Then go this weekend and apply to IUP as a new client and service.  You can then move the SIM card from the s 6 to 7 and continue.

Yes, you will have 2 loans / obligations but since order you to have your 6s (partially) and you don't want to ruin your credit - you must continue to make payments or just pay off.

Once you pay the 6s, you can then sell it and get some money back.

I wouldn't trade it to Apple under the recycling program - they don't give a lot.

I have a 6 128 GB 2 years ago that I own and it will sell on eBay and get 100% more than that Gazelle or Apple will pay for it.
