  I currently use InDesign CS6 and Photoshop and Illustrator CS5 on a Mac and I'm looking to upgrade to the full package of CC. However, I want to transfer my Adobe software existing from my Mac to my colleague Windows PC so that I can use the latest version and that he will use my what I have at the moment. The alternative is obviously my colleague just bought the last packet CC on his PC and I continue to use the older software. However, I use the software significantly more than my colleague, and so it makes sense for me to have the latest version, while the slightly older versions. I wanted to make sure it was possible to do before I went ahead with the purchase. Can anyone confirm that this is possible and relatively painless?

  I moved my library of photos from my laptop on a thunderbolt 2 TB external drive. I opened pictures (option click) and chose this place to open.   When I look at the size of the library of photos in my pictures folder, it is about 12 GB - there is also an iPhotos library in the images folder which is 63 GB. I think I have to combine these files but don't know how to do this. If I also moves the iPhotos library to the new external hard drive which will be done automatically. Obviously I have not deleted the folders in the library on my Mac until it works.
