Transfer to sync pictures to PC?

Hello, I had created a good file system in my PC where I have a lot of photos divided in like 20 files and itunes automatically synchronizes photos from there. (like the 2000 images or more)

Unfortunately I had a problem with the drive in my computer and I had to replace it lose all these folders and pictures completely without a chance to get them back, but they are still on my ipad.

Anyway is to transfer all these images on my computer?

Perhaps. When you connect your iPhone to your computer, you computer can see the storage of digital photos on it, as a series of the mill digital camera. Which means that anything that is stored in the camera roll folder your computer think are pictures taken by a camera. You can use the Explorer windows to access the iPhone, DCIM and then records segment.  You then drag the folders on the desktop of your computer (there may be many of them, personally I... make carpet bomb approached drag everything and sorting later)

See if you can win anything like this.

Tedious way but work could be in the mail or download these pictures somewhere and then download them to your computer. Flickr for example, or Dropbox or other service can be used as a transfer point and temporary storage for your photos.

Pictures interface is a little interesting... up in the title bar, there is a set of arrows that comes of years the collection and finally moments. You cannot select an image until you are at times. Once you are at times, you can select an image and it can drag on the desktop. However, I suggest that rather than drag on the desktop that you select the image (or images), and then select export on the file menu. This option allows you to make choices on the photo (s), including where you want to put, if you do not want to put them in a subfolder and a few other nice options.

    Hello David,.

Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important synchronize your photos on your iPhone is to you!

If I understand correctly, you cannot select the Photos app in iTunes on your Mac, the process of syncing iPhone. Let's start with these simple steps to help resolve this problem:

    1. first of all, restart your Mac, as well as your iPhone.

Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

How to turn on or off your Mac

    2. next, make sure you have all available iTunes, OS X and photo updates installed

OS X El Capitan: keep your Mac up-to-date

OS X El Capitan: install, update and uninstall applications

    3. then try your synchronization via USB. Making pictures is open while iTunes is open, before you plug in your iPhone.

  • Cannot sync picture added to the collection on Lightroom Mobile iOS 2.4 (with the last RAW support)

    Hello

I have the following timing problem:

    1. I created the new collection of event using Lightroom Office and added some photos to my DSL
    2. And then synchronize this collection with my last Lightroom 2.4 Mobile iOS (last with RAW support)
    3. Using LR Mobile has added some photos to the additional event captured by my iPhone to the same previously synchronized collection
    4. It seemed that everything worked ok... the new picture has been added to the collection on LR Mobile, it is also visible in LR Web... but
    5. ... when I run Desktop LR he tries to synchronize this 1 photo indefinitely... it never stops and my LR Office is the synchronization...... synchronization synchronization... showing 'Sync 1 photo.

When I create new collection of my Mobile LR (and the first step in office), then add picture... then everything works well... but it isn't I wish I had. The ideal situation is when I normally treat most of the photos of the event, coming for example from my DSLR and then could be added to the collection even some additional shots of the iPhone directly in LR Mobile so it could appear in LR Desktop collection with photos DSLR.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Alex

  • Sync pictures libraries

Somehow, on my iMac, I "managed" to get two libraries of Photos (Photos Library.photoslibrary and Photos library 2.photoslibrary). Photo library has 7426 photos and 53 videos as pictures library 2 7425 photos and 53 videos. As long as they are essentially the same, Photos library 2 has no pictures after November 2015 and photo library has all recent (2016) but not some 2015. Is there a way I can synchronize the two libraries without going through a laborious manual process?

Of course - it is exactly what iCloud photo library - set one as your library system and let it complete the synchronization - then set that follows as the library system - cntinue to what everything is synchronized in a single library - check the library and archive other libraries and remove them

  • Transfer SMS and pictures without Itunes/Icloud

Hello! I'm trying to transfer TEXT and images of Iphone 4 (old iOS) for Iphone 5 s (new iOS). Is this possible? I want to do it without using Icloud/Itunes backup, because I want to clean the phone for everything else. Is this possible with different OS? How can I do this?

Yes photos, probably no texts (it may be difficult to transfer due to having to download an app for it.)  I have not had success with them.)

For photos simply download Google Photos from the app store.

Connect with a Gmail account (or create one)

    It's free.

Wait for the backup to comlpete.

On the new phone download Google photos and connection and your photos will be there.

You don't even need to download on the phone.  Itll just take place.

  • I would like to store PDF and jpeg files that I have on my iMac on my iPhone.  How can I transfer them?

I have a lot of jpg and pdf files on my iMac I want to transfer my iPhone so that I can

access it when iCloud is not available.  I've tried several programs of 'file manager' of

the application stores, but is unable to transfer.  What is the solution?

iOS doesn't have a file system.

You use a PC or a Mac with iTunes on it?

For images, there are several ways to get these to your iDevice.

On a Mac with iTunes and pictures/iPhoto app, the jpeg images should be placed in the library of Photos/iPhotos and with your iDevice connected to sync from the computer to iTunes, under the section Photos to iTunes, you would need to check and synchronize these images to be moved/copied to your iDevice.

These images appear in the Photos of iOS app.

It is in no way, I think, to do the same thing with iTunes on the PC that the PC has no app like Photos or iPhoto.

Another way to copy images on the iPad is to search the apps that transfer of the images via WiFi or Bluetooth, install the application on your iDevice and possibly a companion app for your computer (or the image transfer application is accessible by WIFi or Bluetooth via web browser of your computer) If you can transfer images from anywhere on your computer to your iDevice by transferring wireless in both directions between your computer and your iDevice.

Images that are transferred to your iDevice light directly to the Photos of iOS on your iDevice app.

I use an image transfer software called picture transfer application to do this. There are others who make a similar function in the iOS App Store.

If you want to better organize your images other than that Photos of default iOS application no, there are, in addition, image organization in the iOS App Store apps.

I use one that organizes images into folders.

He called HD Photo sorting. It makes the image files duplicated Photos iOS app that you can organize them into folders/subfolders as you want.

For the two PDF documents AND images, you can configure a DropBox account on your computer, download the application on your computer and your iDevice and store/transfer of PDF files and images in DropBox and then copy them to your iDevice. Photos/images wiil, probably get moved/copied/stored/place in the default Photo iOS app.

A PDF file can get moved/copied/stored/place in the Apple iBooks app or one of the countless readers/editors of PDF found in the iOS App Store.

    Good luck!

  • Pictures transferred to the iphone do not show in the PC

    IPhone 4s:

    IOS 9.2

    PC OS win 7

    ICloud: No.

Other services to store pictures or images of cloud: No.

Are physically stored pictures on the Iphone: Yes

I copied photos of android in a folder on my PC. I opened Itunes and sync the folder on the PC so all the pictures and videos where he is transferred to the Iphone.

I can see the photo album on the iphone, I can check my photos and videos.

BUT, when I connect the iphone to the computer and find the folder "Apple iPhone\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE" no pictures are there. ONLY the photos I took with the iphone appears. Not my other 2800 photos.

What is wrong and how to fix it?

That is how it is designed to work. An iTunes syncing of photos from a computer to an iPhone is a one-way transfer, and the pictures are not stored in a location accessible from Windows Explorer on the computer. The original photos must be kept on the PC - if they are not, any future synchronization of photos will remove the copy that is on the iPhone. If you delete photos from the computer and you want to recover the iPhone, you need to use 3rd party software like https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/
