  Central belt IT Services you have serial number for full version under your account.  If you have tried the suggestions in this discussion, without success, then I recommend to install Photoshop Elements 7 in an environment that it has been designed to work.  You can find the minimum requirements for Photoshop Elements 7 to system required.   RE: 3) / i386/unattended.txt... Well, after a little research, I discovered that this is not a valid key, it is used when installing a "dummy" of multiple license.

  Only if it is a commercial version, and you have proof of purchase i.e. a receipt.
  And any win operating system is not provided with a motherboard from any official supplier.
  I would assume that you have been provided with an oem version and MS provides no support for oem versions

  If by saying "This is the code on my last hard drive" you mean that you used a utility such as Magical Jellybean Keyfinder to read the key on your old hard drive and you use now that the key... it's the wrong key.  It is key that the manufacturer used to all the machines it does.  You must use the key that is located on the sticker on the box.

  To avoid even guess, please provide the following information:

  • The brand and model of your computer
  • The version of Windows that was originally installed on the computer
  • Where you got the CD that you are using and what's printed on it
  • When you got the product key you use (not posting the key itself)
