"The serial number you entered is invalid" when I try to reinstall CS6 Master Collection

I am trying to reinstall CS6 Master Collection, I disabled the previous installation, but I am now faced with a problem of "the serial number you entered is invalid" (and of course, I use the valid number accessible from my account online adobe...). Help, please

must match the suite and the serial number and the serial number is 6 groups of 4 digits.
