• CDN problems with muse cc. Help, please

  I created a design of parallax in muse cc I want to export the HTML to create a template for a CMS owner. Muse exports all assets with relative links in the HTML code. I have moved all assets in CAN and changed the links to point to the assets. When I try to open the HTML page, I get a security error.

  Further investigation showed that the main CSS file is the cause...

  I use a typekit so police. Who I am able to change it if necessary.

  Please any suggestions on how to use a CDN to assets on a muse generated page.

  I found that if I use a widget muse as a menu, I get errors using CDN however if I just make containers and make these plug-ins, I can effectively use muse to the creation of a model.  Adobe should think about letting what define you another domain/subdomain or CDN for asset storage and delivery in the properties of the site Panel. Which allows this type of dev.

• If I open Firefox all that happens is a translucent page with only the minimize, maximize and close icons in the upper right corner. How can I restore Firefox?

  There is no bar to address, no error message or anything but the three icons in the upper right corner. The whole page is just a giant translucent square with three icons.

  Hello MilaRowantree, can you try to start firefox in safe mode by pressing the SHIFT key during startup of this and see if the problem occurs there too? Maybe a theme or hardware acceleration intrudes here...

  If safe mode does not work, you can try to disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general and or disable addons that could cause the problem. It would also be interesting what graphics hardware (description of the adapter, driver date and version of the driver) you use - you can access this information in firefox > help > correct information to the bottom of this page...   If I check my server, all files are present.

  I did some tests at my end and can confirm that it is a known problem with the latest version of Muse but I advise you to choose the option with the / / at the time of release as it will download your site in good folder on the servers of BC (that points to your domain name) and after publishing the site if you go to the url with single / it works perfectly.

  We already noted this problem with the developers of muse and I don't know that it will be fixed in the next version of Muse.

  Feel free to reply to this post, just in case I missed something or if you have any other doubts about this.

  It is always better to work on a file from local disk Muse. If your current workflow is correct.

  If you try to open the file of the Muse of SIN and to work with it directly, you run the risk of ending up with a corrupted file, if there is no blip in communication networks during the recording of the file.

  So to get the file locally before working, gives you a sure-fire way to work with the Muse project. Moreover, or even not at all your local file is corrupted in the course except for some strange reason, you can always get the latest version from the server registered.

  You can export the site Muse as a code html, but wordpress is a very different system and IMO is not compatible.

  The best resource for adding features to Business Catalyst for a Muse site is http://www.bcgurus.com. Some content, for that you must be a member but the bases are free. It's the best Business Catalyst tutorial site out there.

  The problem is in the submenu of the media/articles.  It only shows two and there are many others.  If you go to the page you can see all the links. I have the page hierarchy properly set up in the title of the page articles with titles.  I've even shortened to see if it works.

  Under the videos link all sub links appear.

  Any help would be appreciated.  I code a little, but I'm not very good.  So please be technically.

  Go to outline view, click with the right button on a page "invisible" and

  (1) make sure, that under 'menu options' the point 'include the page with hypertext links' is enabled.

  (2) choose the option 'Page Properties' and check 'Page Properties/Options', the "Export Page" element is turned on.

  Unfortunately not. Muse is a street in this regard. You can download the assets of the existing site, but you will need rebuild the site of Muse.

  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   Yes, you can have effects from scrolling on a site which is partially adapted to the needs, as each page is independent of the others. Muse only disables the effects when you add a breakpoint to a page.
