• Log treatment missing in FCPX?

  Hi all

  Just got a new MacBook Pro (15 inch, mid-2015 retina) and FCPX (10.2.3) is installed. After you import a few sequences of Arri Alexa 2 K, I found that the newspaper treatment option has been completely absent from the video Info-> display settings. Display of the metadata edition has no effect; the log processing area is verified, but does nothing. All other metadata options work fine and appear / disappear as they should when we checked and unchecked boxes. Only newspaper treatment fails.

  The fact that this option is inexplicably missing is quite frustrating. My other, slightly older MacBook also runs FCPX 10.2.3 but did not have this problem. When the same view of the clips on this computer, I am able to switch between power for the treatment of newspapers without problem.

  The possible explanations for this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

  Looks like you have done this, but here are some steps in the case where:

  Select change the display of the metadata.

  

  It appears, then select the video properties to quickly find your journal of treatment:

  

  Then check the Change Log:

  

  Click the OK button to save.

  If that's what you already have and it doesn't work.

  Hold down Option-command at the beginning of FCP X and reset the preferences.

• Advise on the treatment of raw cr2 files

  I'm new shooting from raw files and are in need of some good advice & counsel to treat you in Aperture.

  My camera canon 6 d, my version of opening is 3.6.

  I import my photos to the Aperture library with selection of predefined effect 'auto-enhance', some how when I load the individual photo to see, it seems to 'do' my pictures 'dark' as compare when I saw from my camera.

  I import my image to other raw by this time deselect the "settled", same thing happens when I see the photos in Aperture.

  My questions:

  1 is this normal for the treatment of the raw files? Which means I have to make a few exposure & contrast adjustment?

  2 or is there any tips that I can learn from your part in the treatment of raw with opening files?

  3. the pictures are perfect when I saw from my camera, however, it seems somehow bit 'out' when I load in Aperture.

• compressor does not reach 28 seconds in treatment

  After sending file fcpx to the compressor, it will fail at 28 seconds in treatment. In the same event fcpx I have 2 projects ongoing 1 to process completion ok but 1 fails after 28 seconds.   You can try to use edition > Preferences > advanced > reset the Cache and also delete the contents of the download folder that you find in the iTunes Media folder. Temporarily disable all antivirus software and try again. Any change?

  You are out of warranty. Period. The fix to warn or damaged anti-glare treatment is a replacement of the screen. It won't be free, and the Apple Store in London can be more accurate on the replacement cost.

  The only "free" is an introspective examination of what you use to clean your screen. If this isn't a cloth Microfiber wet (or dry), distilled water, then you're doing it wrong.

  You won't have a very big video card for video streaming.   The biggest problem will be the bandwidth of the network and which will vary depending on the density of content that you choose and the format of the data.

  For example, Netflix recommends 6-7 Mbps of bandwidth for HD video.

  This NVIDIA GT 430 graphics card would be a good upgrade.

  OK, I think what is happening. FileGlobals.ModelPluginComponentDescription.InitializationExpression is evaluated when I add the new instance of the result new treatment-> insert plugin. Then each window treatment of the result of time shows that Parameters.modelplugin.base.optionsdescriptionexpression is evaluated to update the Options column.

  I am make only one application in Labview where I capture the image of a camera and image processing. The camera is communicate with the Board of Directors NI PCIe-1433 in the PC with the camera link. This device can operate with a rate of 2000 frames per second. For the treatment of each image in the pc I need a time loop that work with microseconds. The problem is that this time loop only works with MS Windows. If I use the real time module, can I configure this time looping with microsecond or is there another solution?

  with LabVIEW Realtime, you could create a loop with the order of a microsecond wait States.

  BUT:

  Why do you think you have need of these wait States? What is the purpose of these expectations?

• How can I get the TestStand splash screen to not show up when I call the results treatment Utility offline?

  So I call the Offline processing Utility (ORPU) a not executable call results in a plugin to perform a personalised treatment in another configuration.  Everything works fine, including having run reduced (mostly hidden) by using the option/tray.  When he called, the TestStand splash screen appears (certainly is not a show-stopper but it's confusing from the point of view of the user).

• Need for treatment of the base image, but only have Linux

  Hello, I am pretty inexperienced and working on a project in which a device is attached to a moving stage of XY. The goal is for the camera to track toward moving below real-time, then follow them. To do this, I need a very basic image processing. However, I don't know how to order the engines for the X - Y stage without a tool only Linux, so I use Linux LabVIEW, which apparently does not support the NI Vision or MATLAB script nodes. I need to make a basic image processing (described below) very quickly, using the images I capture in LabVIEW. I know that Python, Java, MATLAB and c a little. Now all I can think is to make a C library that makes the treatment (despite my relative inexperience), then calling it a LabVIEW. That would be good because LabVIEW can pass the image of C by reference, while I do not know how to interface with MATLAB or Python without, say, a TCP connection, which would not be able to use pass by reference (I think?) Are there other ways to achieve this? Perhaps a clever way to interface with MATLAB, or is there a way to get the Vision in LabVIEW for Linux? Most importantly, it's just to find the center of mass of the very black worm, so it should be easy: simply restrict the image of a region of interest, threshold, choose the largest connected blob and calculate the center of mass. However, I might later want also to seek points of calibration on the image; I think it would be easier to just pull long, straight lines, under the camera, then detect those somehow.   If you already use a shared Variable, then the easier and faster way to connect your mobile device and the PC on the same network and then simply use DataDashboard to read from your published variable.

  You can also create your own thin clients or http Web pages and link to labview, send sms, share a front panel to distance between computers

• Pavilion M4C57UA Notebook: Windows 8.1 to 10 upgrade fails with an error code at the end of the treatment

  I tried to upgrade to Windows 10.  He went through the entire process, and after a reboot at the end he failed.  He sent this message:

  Honestly, all I see now about 10 Windows, I don't see any good reason to spend.  The missing "start orb" was an embarrassment, but I worked around it (shortcut keyboard is powerful, quick, so you can set "Programs" as part of Quick Launch toolbar").  It is easy to customize the interface of Windows 8.1, and it works reasonably fast without error.  I'll wait for Windows 10 has had a good year of validation by others before making the move, even if I miss out on the "free" update
