• TreeView apex 5: set the selected node (or remember selection between page views)

  The Apex 5, I have a treeview to a page region. The user develops some nodes and click on a value, get the value selected (via Javascript) and use it to display data or navigate to another page.

  When the user navigates to the page containing the treeview control, it shows initially under the name collapsed and the selected node previously is not indicated visually.

  There is a dynamic Action that can be used to expand the tree (full), but how can I visually indicate the selected node previously? Is there an API for this in the treeview widget, or can it be done through some other Javascript?

  I met a problem and hope you can help me with.
  
  I created a tree using the method described in a book great John & Scott, 'Pro Express Application'. Here is an example of a link stored in my table:

  When the page is executed that it works as expected. I can expand the tree and go to the page, passing it the parameters if necessary.
  
  However when I turned on the protection of session state these links "handmade" has stopped working. (What I expected because it contains no checksum!).
  
  After some research, I see that I must use APEX_UTIL. PREPARE_URL to generate the URL with a checksum. But that's where I met problems. I can't be able to pass parameter values to the calling page.
  
  The original tree query was:
  
  Select "IDENTIFIER" id,
  "PARENT_IDENTIFIER" the nest,
  Name of "TITLE."
  Link "LINK."
  null a1,
  null A2
  a < table >
  
  Then, I changed the option to use APEX_UTIL. PREPARE_URL:

  But clicking on the link just gave me a blank page. I then hardcoded just the url in the select statement:

  He now calls the page, but the values of the parameters have become literals. so, where I would expect an identifier I see & P2_IDENTIFIER Idem for family name.
  
  What I am doing wrong? How can I pass values to my page called using apex_util_prepare_url?
  
  If necessary, the details of my environment are: Apex 3.2.1 Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.3. Database Oracle 10.2.0.3

  & NAME. the rating is not available in SQL, you must either use: NAME or v ('NAME') or nv ('NAME') (for numbers). One of these must be concatenated in your SQL statement in the same way that you did for: APP_ID etc.

  I'm trying to understand how to set programmatically the current node in a tree view of the ADF.

  My use case example is quite simple; If we take the sample application ADF Summit where under Management Summit, we have a tree view on the left with a list of high level of the country which in turn contain a subset of customers; then, in the right pane, we the customer detail information.

  What I'm trying to achieve is a solution by which I can add a new customer, commit and then to the tree show the client newly created as the currently selected entry.

  I use a pop-up dialog box to create my new entry of the customer and everything works well in this area, and my newly created folder is saved in the database.

  I know how to force the tree to cool off, but what I can't understand is how to do so, it highlights the newly created folder.

  Any help would be much appreciated.

• Impossible to update an af:tree on the link click.

  I have an af:tree in a jsff and he was dragged as a region to a facet of the separator Panel in jspx. In other aspects, I have a table that contains the links and when I click on the link, I need to refresh the tree, but that is not happening.

  For the first tree charge time charge, and when I click the link I need to load the tree of POJO. The POJO is filled with the list and values are assigned to variables, but the interface user does not get updated.

  I used target partial to refresh the tree with pragmatism but no luck.

  You cannot refresh the tree within the region. Try the region itself to ppr and see if it works. If this isn't the case, you can queue an action to the region which then updates the tree (adfregioninteraction.html).

  Implement AWAR > Foundation Table > academic Structure > academic organization

  I implemented the academic organization of these data Table: in addition to academic departments, I also type in academic institutions and academic groups.

  Then I create academic organization tree using the tree Manager. The tree is verified and valid a date of entry into force.

  Then I put in place the 2 tables below:

  Implemented AWAR > Foundation Table > academic Structure > program academic table

  Implemented AWAR > Foundation Table > academic Structure > Table of different disciplines

  Table of research of the academic organization developed in the 2 above table successfully. But when I put in place the other 2 tables below, search for academic organisation table does:

  Implement > AWAR > Security > secure Administration of the student > user ID > Security academic organization

  Curriculum management > Catalogue > Catalogue courses > tab offer

  I understand that the 2 tables above are based on the tree of academic organizations and not on the academic organization Table. I see no error in the tree.

  Because the search for academic organisation table can't happen in the tab 'Offers' course catalogue, the course cannot be saved.

  My question is:

  Any folk can help resolve the issue of the "academic organization lookup table cannot mount security academic organization and in the tab catalog of courses'? Or any suggestion on the tree of the academic organizations?

  How to display a full (project) TOC tree in the body of the pages of the section instead of the default sidebar (left pane)? Is there a simple way to do this in the application? I have not yet discovered a way to do it, but I can't get to the right place. Any suggestions?

  I don't think you can view the table of contents on a page, and even if you could, the sidebar would always be there for indexing and search. The only possibility I can think of is to create a page where you create links arranged to act as a TOC, then maybe iFrame this page in. Each book might be a drop-down list to view links to topics.

  Maintenance would be horrible and she barely meets your requirement to be simple.
