Hi, I have a photography pack but when try to access photoshop or lightroom, creative cloud said that I have to pay because the trial version has expired.

I checked the ID and to his right, when I enter the site I can see my plan but it is not related with CC.

  • Need to cancel my CC to free trial membership 1 month before I have to pay for the duration of the 6 month contract.

    Do not have any option on my account to do this. Not getting does not handle either payments or credit card information. In general or on option to manage your plan. Official Adobe for this particular problem mentions to goto customer. This option gives only one other option which pointed me on the forums.

    I decided that although its more expensive on a per month basis a month on a subscription "pay for this month, when you need" suits me more. But seen how effortless it is to manage payment information or remove information from credit card on Amazon and Apple and how difficult / impossible it's here, I'm seriously reconsidering that too. It is the only large user base company my decades of interaction with the online business that makes me follow this tortuous path to change / remove credit card details and manage payments. I'm really amazed at the UX decision behind this process probably often used.

    Hukhan00 my apologies, I misread your message.  There is nothing to cancel during your free month trial.  If you have purchased a subscription, then Adobe Creative Software included with your membership should not open in trial mode.

    So I finally had a cat to appear when you try to cancel after that my credit card had been charged. First, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee. Now I thought the amount charged to my account is not reimbursed. It's terrible. She clearly below shows that several other people had the same problem. It was a trial.     Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.

    Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

    Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe

    Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

    the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps.  and probably more in the future.

  • Free trial membership of the CC

    I downloaded Lightroom as a free trail and then bought a subscription to the CC. After the free track was on it asked for a serial number. Once connected to my CC account instructions said to uninstall the trial version and then re-download of the CC. I uninstalled windows LightRoom, then entered the CC to redownload the program. CC said that Lightroom is installed and updated. I tried to download from the Adobe Web site, but it loaded CC telling me that lightroom is still there. Now what?

    I guess I can answer my own question. If you restart the computer, CC must turn to see what programs are installed. I was then able to download the subscription version.

    I downloaded the AAM software.

    Have you ever tried a trial of Photoshop by itself before the trial of creative cloud?

    It's weird, but it shouldn't if you decided to join creative Cloud. You can convert trials to be included as part of the composition by signing with your Adobe CS6 identification code

  • Paid account repeat me that this is a trial subscription

    I pay every month for LR + PS I keep getting a message that says that it is a trial membership that is not.  I spent countless hours with tech support and at least 10 calls to support.  Does anyone have this same question, why is it, and did you have any luck getting it fixed.  The majority was PS but it took place yesterday with LR.  I certainly pay for it so you would think that adobe could fix. ??

  • Trial of the creative cloud does not install

    I want to try the CC before buying this expensive software.

    I had a trial membership and got to the Download Center.

    When I download one of the apps, I won't install.

    First of all, I get an error message which immediately disappears.

    Then the download continues.

    I accept to run the application manager.

    The installation seems to start, but ends with an error message like "Adobe application manager was not installed.

    So, how can I solve this problem and try the software?

    Interesting that I can't phone support during the installation.

    I need to buy the app first and get my money back after support.

    This way I can never try.

    Please try and download Adobe Creative cloud instead of the Adobe Application Manager, use this link to download https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. Please sign in using your Adobe ID if requested.

    Restart the computer once the creative application of cloud is downloaded.

    Disable the automatic renewal, cancel your membership

    If you wish to cancel a subscription, Apple music, turn off the auto-renewal.
