Trial of LIGHTROOM CC (2015)
I pay for the photographers of the creative cloud version, but everytime I try to update my Lightroom, he says it's a trial version. I don't understand why it won't let me update without paying again for the program. Pay a monthly subscription which should include, to the right?

I'm nearing the end of my trial of Lightroom CC 2015.1, & I've already decided the stand-alone version would be better for my needs. I downloaded the presets paid in my trial version & I would like to be able to use them in the standalone version, as well.
My question is... How can I change? Should I just buy the standalone version and enter the license number in the version that I already downloaded on my laptop? Or will I have to download the standalone version from scratch once that I buy it?

Secondly, the autonomous 6 Lightroom is not the same as Lightroom CC, you can another purchase and installation with a serial number

Adobe Lightroom CC (2015) of the trial does not start
The 30 day trial of Adobe Lightroom CC (2015) earlier today, I installed and it did not work at all. Whenever I open the app, a 30 second video appears and covers the screen. I can't close the video, and whenever I click on play, the video does nothing. For this reason, I am unable to use the application at all.
I've tried everything, including:
-my system restarts
-opening of the offline app
-disconnection and signing in
-Uninstall and reinstall Lightroom
-change the name of the folder SLcache and SL (something?)
Yet, nothing works. Help, please!

You must first download the creative cloud desktop application see: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
Once its downloaded, and then sign in using your Adobe Id & password > go to the App Section > install Lightroom CC 2015.

Trial of Lightroom CC works only with Windows 10
I just downloaded trial of Adobe Lightroom CC 2015 for 30 days, running on a Dell Windows 10. Whenever I try to run the program, I get a Windows error message saying "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working; A problem caused the blocking of the program works correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Everyone knows about this problem?
It seems that the graphics driver on the computer is causing the problem. I recommend you to update the graphics driver or workaround for the moment be is going to be to rename the file that is causing the problem.
You will be able to fined this file location C:\Windows\system32
Rename the file "ig7icd64.dll" to "ig7icd64old.dll".
then restart the Lightroom, it should be operational

Since the update to the latest version of Lightroom CC (2015) a few weeks ago I was able to start Lightroom. If I try to the desktop icon or the open command of the creative cloud it just won't do anything.
I use a PC with Windows 10 - until the last update, everything was fine.
I tried the signature on the "fix" identified on other forums - when I do that need me through the opening sequence of the product license or tried for 7 days then it just fails once again. I tried to remove the CC license of Lightroom. I tried the reinstalling.the software.
My CC Photoshop works very well.
Please help - incredibly frustrating!

The key words are stored in the catalog. Just move the catalog and your words keys will always be there

If you mean that you can export a list of keywords to a new catalogue - Yes - Menu in the menu bar metadata > export keywords

Lightroom cc 2015.6 Mobile Sync gets Stuck
Help please:
Just got my installed fiber, upstairs and downstairs, 50Mbits got all you leave to be able to start using Lightroom mobile correctly, but the uploads stuck after a while. In addition, the download performance download vs are much slower, even though I have the same bandwidth up and down.
I tried:
1.) first intelligent building previews and then sync
support for market graphics switching 2.).
3.) remove all of the mobile catalog and start again
What doesn't help is to restart the machine/Lightroom as it again, but when you have a 20 thousand images you want to synchronize, who continually do it becomes a problem.
I do not know what is the cause and does not seem to find any real help online. Help, please.

Import dialogue crashes when it's attached disk external HARD - Lightroom CC 2015.6

Lightroom is suspended when you try to import photos via the import dialog.
I installed the latest version of Lightroom CC (2015.6) for Mac, and I understand that the previous versions had a bug of import but that this has already been resolved in 2015.6.
I was able to isolate the problem to my external HARD drive. I bought a WD disk Raid Duo lightning strike and loaded with photos. When it is disconnected, there is no problem with the import. When connected, the importation is suspended.
If Lightroom is trying to read all the pictures on the external HARD disk and gets overloaded? How can I solve this?
The HARD disk is functional with the Finder and my other apps, just not Lightroom.
I don't think I've had this problem in the latest version of LR.

Phone support Adobe has solved my problem by changing the permissions on some files. This solution is described in some of the other threads, I think.

Release of Lightroom CC 2015.6 VERY SLOW!
Hi guys,.
I use Lightroom CC 2015.6 contacted Camera RAW 9.6 out of 10 Pro 64 bit and I have pretty decent rig: i7 6950 X (10 carrots), Asus Radeon Strix 1080 GTX, 64 GB 3200 RAM, SSD on PCI. 'Use the graphics processor' is enabled in my preferences of LR, but I don't see an important when different it is turned off.
First of all it takes LR about 3-4 seconds per image to build 1:1 previews, which means several hours if I have thousands of images from a shoot.
When I try to get a glimpse of some of the images at 100%, and to quickly move between them it works fine for maybe 5 minutes and then it starts to slow down: it takes LR seconds to create each preview and also from seconds to move between images. Furthermore, the previews are 3840px in size and average quality.
In Manager tasks I can see that at the start after start LR uses only 5-10% of my CPU resources and about 2 to 5 GB of RAM, but after a few minutes the use of RAM increases 15-20 GB and that's when LR becomes very slow. It seems he keeps each image previewed in memory and not release to the system when I close the preview.
I also tried another software to compare and other programs were significantly faster (Aftershot Pro is the fastest, followed by DXO Optics Pro and Capture One).
So it seems that this problem is strictly linked to the software and not to my material at all. Also, I noticed that after the recent updates, so I wonder if relling until one of the earlier versions might help.
Ideas to improve my experience with the latest edition of LR?
I'm really scared, because I don't really have time to wait for the software when working on thousands of images each week.

You have your system configured to save all 1:1 previews in your catalog for ever? I set mine to delete every 30 days, so I don't have all that stored somewhere in a cache with LR.
Because it goes so slow down anyway I don't think you have much to lose by trying to clear your cache. But read up on it before making this decision.
In addition, if your photos are stored on an external I wonder if there is a problem with this external hard drive bus speed?
Or if it's all beings stored on your local disk with the OS and applications, maybe it's having a shape any conflict with something the OS or a partner app? Do you think these performance issues when other applications are turned off? Just think-tanking with you here because it seems to have no else responded yet.

Lightroom CC (2015) does not load
When I try to open Lightroom CC (2015), nothing happens. Manager tasks indicates as loaded Lightroom with about 28% cpu - so anything that happens in the background. I logged in and out of the clouds creative and restarted Windows 10, but it does not work. Even if by chance I get on it to open it, it just sits there with "Loading" on the screen. It's about two weeks ago and I am really frustrated. What is the reference for this? Any ideas?
