Trial subscription cancellation problems

I had a "chat" with someone on the 02/01/16 on the cancellation of my free trial. I specifically asked if I had to cancel on mine. The representative told me that it would expire on its own... HOWEVER, he did not and now I was charged! I'm so frustrated... I need to cancel it and refund fees. 

I went ahead and the transcript of the conversation was sent to me just in case, I'm glad that I did!

Sorry for the confusion caused.  It does not appear that the agent established what product you use and assumed it was a general trial of products, rather than a paid subscription.

You started a Stock subscription on November 19 & received a refund for the first month of the promotion.  When you contacted us to cancel December you decided to continue with your subscription and have received a month's credit.

Exceptionally I arrange for subscription must be cancelled free of charge and the months in repayment.
