Trial subscription cancellation problems
I had a "chat" with someone on the 02/01/16 on the cancellation of my free trial. I specifically asked if I had to cancel on mine. The representative told me that it would expire on its own... HOWEVER, he did not and now I was charged! I'm so frustrated... I need to cancel it and refund fees.
I went ahead and the transcript of the conversation was sent to me just in case, I'm glad that I did!

Sorry for the confusion caused. It does not appear that the agent established what product you use and assumed it was a general trial of products, rather than a paid subscription.
You started a Stock subscription on November 19 & received a refund for the first month of the promotion. When you contacted us to cancel December you decided to continue with your subscription and have received a month's credit.
Exceptionally I arrange for subscription must be cancelled free of charge and the months in repayment.

Because your trial subscription was launched through iTunes Apple Store, you want to reach iTunes supported by one of the following two ways. The second option is to call during normal business hours. Depending on your country and your region, which may be different then go through this link to find the number for the region to store you buy through.

To answer your question regarding your use of the app, or lack of use, subscriptions work similar to a gym membership. It is not a question of how much or how little you used them. However, you shouldn't have much trouble to get this resolved through iTunes support now that you have turned off your auto-renew.

I own CS6 Premium Production, recently reformatted my drive, and installing, had a few questions then in the middle of a project. I downloaded the demo for spend me the last days of a project; Meanwhile, the my key problem has been resolved. Fast forward a couple of weeks and now I would like to explore the other features of the CS6, such as Dreamweaver, InDesign and fireworks - but my trial expires in 2 days. I now really want a trial for the software mentioned (which seem to be the only difference between two packages), but do not know what to do. BTW: I have Acrobat XI must not not 10. Any help, support or suggestions would be appreciated. In addition, I would am not a fan of cloud subscription apps so consider always rather a standalone solution. Thank you.

You are right. My trial subscription was a stand alone, and 30 days. Due to a technical problem and be in the middle of a project, I had to click fair trial because my key was not be accepted, although reinstall on the same machine. Back w/Adobe problem solved. As we are discussing this, my point actually may simply to communicate with the person who helped directly and see what they can do. How can I get the first pro trial subscription to start
I have subscribed to a trial subscription. I think I downloaded successfully the first pro - there is at least one message on the initial screen of .saying what he is up to date. If the processor is 32-bit, you must get the 64-bit processor.

I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription. I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now. Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue. In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images? My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid. If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.

You have more than one Adobe ID and password - for creative cloud and the other for your trial period?

During the whole until I chose the trial/subscription instead of the serial number, how do I go back and add the serial number?
Open acrobat > click Help > activate.
If you don't see this option, but rather see help > connect, uninstall that acrobat, clean (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs) and then install the version without a subscription.

A few days ago I contacted adobe support using the cat in order to cancel my subscription to Adobe Stock. I did this to avoid the periodic payment after 1-month trial.
Today, I logged on Adobe Stock and I noticed that I got more than 10 pictures.
I wouldn't have these images that I don't subscribe to Adobe Stock more. What is going on?
