  2. why the places appearing is not on the map? There may be several reasons. The most common reasons include:

  * Hidden Pushpinsets. Go to the "Legend & Overview" (ctrl + g) pane, right-click the desired pushpinset, then select 'display '.

  * Disabled categories of POI. Go to 'Find nearby places' (ctrl + d), click on "Catégories" and then place a check next to the categories you want.

  Yes, thank you for responding, it's working now. I didn't know that the executable program file was in my Applications folder, and I tried to launch the program in the Adobe Acrobat XI folder on the desktop. It's all good.

  Jeff, thanks that worked.  I think that when I bought creative cloud, I also created a new id for adobe membership.  I think that adobe application manager kept referring to the old id until I disconnected and then again ID associated with the composition of the creative cloud.  Everything is OK now.  Thanks for your help.

  I had this happen before but normally restart Photoshop did the trick. Now however, colors in any project appear as a gray color. No matter what color I use it appears as a shade of gray as shown in the picture.
