  2. the sounds as if something went wrong to make the PDF if Acrobat is not yet open. For example, this can happen if you click on save to JPEG, but type .pdf on the name. Am not saying that it happened, but it's an example. Can describe you step by step how you save the PDF of Photoshop, including the choice of that you pull down. Still, sounds as if you may have fixed this.

  I downloaded the demo of dreamweaver 8 yesterday and I installed and ran fine. Today, that he will not run in front of the start screen.   I downloaded a trial version of Acrobat Pro. Whenever I use it, annoying pop-up appeared bugging me to buy the product, so I had to pay $200 and to download the program from Adobe's Web site.  Now, I still get the pop up when I use Acrobat.  What should I do?

  Thanks John. I finished by Tweeting to this topic and got Adobe to answer/help. I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall my creative cloud and then it worked. Go figure. Now, to try to understand Photoshop! YIKES!

  Hello! I just got my email from Adobe that says successfully that I subscribed and got my free 30-day trial today.  Great! THEN I opened my pdf, go to the right side toolbar and click on "change pdf" square tab thing. Then it automatically takes me to a Web page saying that I need to subscribe and pay for one of the packages! It seems that I am connected to a fine... my name is up there... but I'm trying to change etc and no luck. He asked that get paid to do nothing. HELP PLEASE?

  If you look at the thumbnails in the Organizer, try going into the menu display and check that the Details and file names are checked. The name of the file and the date must appear below each thumbnail. If they do not appear, you may need to increase the size of the thumbnail using the slider to zoom (lower-right).

• SMC will not convert.

  My SMC will not convert the videos that ask him too. I'm going to click on "Add media" and choose one of my videos, so it'll get back with a review "this file, C:/bahbhawhereeveritis can not be converted. Please install the codec to corect first.
